Even without applying it specially, the shine is incredibly intense, and the color is the most beautiful. The water-glow red is absolutely gorgeous. But I'm not too sure about the plumping effect. Since my lips are a bit on the thicker side naturally, I can't really tell the difference. I'll definitely buy this again once I finish this one. Sephora has unfortunately closed down. ㅠㅠㅠ
