I have skin that bruises easily but takes a while to heal. After experiencing the benefits of this product on localized injection bruises following a body acupuncture treatment, I've made sure to always keep it on hand. At first, I thought the effects were just visual, but I've noticed that bruises that normally take about 3 weeks to fade are almost completely gone in about 2 weeks. Applying a thin layer morning and evening with a gentle massage really helps beige or brown bruises (where the skin hasn't broken) disappear quickly. However, the best results come from combining the product with massage, so it may not work as quickly on bruises that are difficult to massage or deep bruises. For bruises that are hard to massage (like those from cosmetic fillers) or deep, extensive bruises, I've found vitamin K cream to be more effective. It seems different creams work better for different types of bruises. Vitamin K cream seems to absorb well, so while massage would enhance its effects, I've seen results even when I couldn't massage by applying it thickly like a pack. For deep bruises, I start with vitamin K cream in the early stages, then switch to magnesium cream once it turns brown. Seeing the clear benefits of magnesium and vitamin K creams, I also make an effort to take magnesium and vitamin supplements daily along with applying the creams. 1. While it's said you can use this as a sports massage cream even without bruises, I personally don't recommend it. It contains potential allergens that could cause blemishes. A few times, I carelessly applied too much all over my face. When my skin was in good condition, the cream's white color seemed to have a brightening effect. However, when my skin was sensitive, it rapidly worsened, causing symptoms similar to contact dermatitis. I've never had issues when using it on bruised areas, regardless of location. 2. It doesn't absorb well. You need to massage in small amounts to help it absorb. Reapplying continuously can cause pilling, so when reapplying after some time, it's best to wipe the area lightly with water or a tissue before applying. 2. While bruise treatment creams may appear hydrating immediately after use, they provide little moisture over time, so don't apply them like a moisturizer. If the area can tolerate it, using the product alone is best. However, for areas that are typically very dry or feel extremely dry after solo use, apply a hydrating toner, then the bruise cream, followed by a moisturizer. Of course, this layering method may not be as effective as using the bruise cream alone, so I try to use it by itself on localized areas whenever possible. 3. Blood circulation seems to be key for bruise healing. Don't stay still at home because of bruises; try to move around gently. I once stayed home due to filler bruises. While the magnesium cream helped fade the brown areas, it didn't do much for the red bruises. I later discovered vitamin K cream, which started to lighten the bruises within 3 days. After two weeks, I went out wearing makeup, and when I removed it, I was surprised to see the bruises had faded significantly more than any other day. While the healing process likely contributed, the difference in fading was remarkably noticeable. Combining bruise cream with gentle movement to promote overall blood circulation can lead to even better results. - jn*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 13, 2021
I've lost count of how many times I've purchased this. I always keep it on hand. Initially, I bought it because it was famous as a bruise cream with gentle ingredients. Then I heard it was good for muscle pain, and since I often get sore muscles from working out, I tried it and loved it. I've also bought Hot Sense and MG12 from the same brand, and Hot Sense is amazing for muscle aches! These days, I'm using Barnethium because of the heat. I'll protest if they ever discontinue this product... It does contain some potentially allergenic ingredients. However, it doesn't have citric acid, which usually clogs my pores, so I didn't experience any blemishes! Remember, cosmetics with gentle ingredients aren't always the best. It's more helpful to bookmark ingredients that don't work for you and avoid them when choosing products. Those with super sensitive skin should keep this in mind. The price is a bit high for me, so I usually buy it with coupons from Naver when they're available. I apply it while massaging before and after workouts. It would be great to buy one bottle for the whole family to use! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 10, 2021
This cream really works wonders for bruises! It's a game-changer! I've always been prone to bruising, and since hitting my 30s, it seems my circulation isn't what it used to be. Bruises would stick around forever, especially on my face after cosmetic treatments - talk about being housebound! I was on the fence about splurging on a bruise cream. Let's be honest, they're not cheap, and I wasn't sure if they actually worked or if it was just wishful thinking. I'd tried vitamin K creams from plastic surgery clinics before, but never saw much difference. At $45, this one's pretty pricey too, but I justified it with the generous 120ml size. When I started using it, I noticed my bruises fading, but I wasn't sure if it was the cream or just time. So I did a little experiment - I stopped using it for a couple days, and the fading stopped too! As soon as I started again, the bruises began to lighten once more. The results are so noticeable that I don't even look at other bruise creams anymore. This is the first time I've seen such clear, visible effects. It's amazing! They say it's good for muscle aches too, but I can't bring myself to use it all over - it feels too precious! I did try it on my neck once, but it's hard to tell if it helped or if the pain was just naturally subsiding. This cream really proved its worth when I got Rejuran Healer treatments. My face was covered in bruises, and this cream worked like magic. I've used it for subsequent treatments too, always with great results. If I feel a bruise coming on or notice one forming, I apply this cream right away and it definitely speeds up the healing process. Without it, my bruises just linger forever. I recently had to get injections to dissolve some poorly done fillers, leaving my face spotted with bruises again. I'm almost out of this cream now, so I've bought a new magnesium cream called MG12 for $48, which is supposed to be good for skin barrier function. I'll write a review on that one too once I've tried it! The price is quite steep. I was shocked to discover how many potentially harmful ingredients it contains, especially considering the high price tag of $45. It doesn't absorb well, especially when you're sweating. Using this alone can leave your skin feeling dry. If you apply too much or layer it on multiple times, it can start to pill. To combat the dryness, I've found that applying several layers of toner and essence before using this cream helps. During extremely dry seasons, you might need to follow up with another moisturizer after this absorbs for optimal hydration.
