Given that it's not exactly cheap, the longevity is disappointingly poor. I don't even overspray, but it runs out quickly.

It kept reminding me of exposed concrete buildings on a rainy day. Rich yet dry... A fresh and dreamy scent. It's such an intriguing fragrance. Interestingly, it has a different appeal in summer and winter. In summer, it gives off a cool vibe, and it's especially lovely when sprayed on rainy days. In winter, it develops a powdery musk scent that feels warm and cozy.

Since it's a scent I personally cherish, I recommend spraying it on a tissue or handkerchief and keeping it in your bag. Every time you open your bag, you'll be greeted by this delightful fragrance, instantly lifting your mood.

The price is wickedly high, and I wish it came in a smaller size option.

I absolutely adore this scent. Aesop fragrances are less fatiguing to the nose compared to other perfumes. It's a beautifully crafted scent that truly defines one's aura. It evokes a sense of intelligence, calmness, mystique, androgyny, and urban sophistication. Upon first whiff, you're greeted with a heavy herbal note accompanied by a slightly tart citrus undertone. Gradually, subtle woody and deep musk notes emerge, but never overwhelm. Among Aesop's fragrance line, this one also boasts decent longevity.

On slightly humid days, it's great for a mood boost if you spray it widely around your body, as if you're enveloping yourself in the scent, rather than directly on your skin.

Every time I spray it, a significant amount leaks out to the side. I'm not sure if this happens with other sprays or if my bottle is defective.

I used this more between summer and fall than recently. Rather than wanting to be remembered as someone with this particular scent, I use it as a perfume to lift my own mood.

The only downside I can think of is the wicked price. My sister, who doesn't like this fragrance, humorously describes it as a 'sweet pepper smell'!

I first encountered this fragrance as a sample after purchasing Herbal Deodorant in-store, and I absolutely adored the scent of that tiny sample, so I decided to buy the full-size! Interestingly, there was a difference between the initial scent when I sprayed a small amount and when I used a full puff from the perfume bottle. It became heavier, and as the top notes dissipated in the air, it revealed a woody undertone. The lingering sweet notes in the dry-down were exactly to my taste!

There's not really anything disappointing about it... Oh, except the price is a bit steep.

I was torn between Wheal and Tacit, but after smelling this one, I decided to buy it! The fragrance is lovely.
