The 3ce brand line itself comes out quite warm.
ConsI watched a warm-toned YouTuber's video and bought it because it looked pretty, only for it to become the worst purchase of the year... It's a disaster... For those with cool undertones, it's just poison ㅠ I'm uploading this without any editing, so you can see just how warm it is. When a cool-toned person like me wears it, it just turns me into a tomato. But those with summer muted undertones might be able to pull it off!
TipThere was a review down below recommending this to cool-toned people, but while it may work for muted tones, it's an absolute no-go for light tones. I'm going to throw this straight in the trash after writing this review.

The color is in the peach-pink range after being pigmented. The lightness is medium, and the saturation is not low either, so I use it as a base lip and also on its own as someone who falls between 22 shade autumn warm muted-spring warm light. It applies with a moist, fluffy, powdery feel like MAC Powder Kiss Lipstick! It has a bit more powder than Peripera Air Velvet, so it covers the natural lip color a little more. The pigmentation and longevity are medium-low! (I don't usually prefer highly pigmented products)
ConsAfter applying, it turns slightly pink. When blotting with a tissue after application, an orange color comes off, but the remaining pigmented part was a pink coral. And due to the formula characteristics, the adherence wasn't great. You'll feel like it's sitting on top. And those sensitive to scents should be careful. It has a strong coconut scent like Chanel Allure Ink. (But I love coconut scent) And when using it as a base lip and applying a matte lipstick, the color payoff doesn't work well, and if you keep layering to get the point color lip, the formula gets clumpy and thick. Also, when using it as a base lip, the natural lip color isn't perfectly covered. Even with overlining, the original lip line still shows through. And the most important thing is that when you wipe the lips lightly with a wet wipe to touch up your makeup, and then apply this product, your lips sting (the old black cap version of Peripera Air Velvet was the same, so I threw it all away). My lips aren't that sensitive, but this one is just like that. I used it anyway since nothing happened to my lips, but I probably won't repurchase because of this issue.
TipThose with sensitive lips should be cautious. Especially if you were one of those who experienced stinging with the old version of Peripera Air Velvet. And for those who want to use it as a base lip, the order of applying - blotting with a tissue - applying again - blotting with a tissue - point lip can help minimize clumping and achieve a more matte lip expression.

I'm a Spring Light & Autumn Muted type, and I think it will suit Autumn Muted better. It looks pretty even as a base.
ConsIf you apply it with even a little moisture on your lips, it can appear a bit whitish.
TipDon't apply too much at once, but rather a thin layer little by little, and it will last longer!

After being diagnosed as a fall muted, I've bought a lot of 3CE lips. I was really torn between Newnoode and Near & Dear, but in the end I bought both. When I applied them, the opacity was similar, but the shades were different. I'm satisfied with both as they are uniquely beautiful. Compared to Newnoode, Near & Dear has a pinkish beige tone, a warm pink beige feel. I bought them at the Olive Young store, and when I first opened them, there was some pink oil-like pigment floating at the entrance, which was weird. The color is the same, so I'm just using it, but I don't know why it ended up like that. Near & Dear is said to have a slight pink tint, so I think it might be because of that pigment.
ConsOne downside for me is that it sometimes emphasizes my wrinkles a bit. It seems to accentuate the condition of my lips.
TipSometimes when I wear Near & Dear alone, it feels a bit empty, so it's great as a base. And since the chroma is low, it looks really pretty when used as a blush too! The satisfaction of having the blush and lip match in tone... it's truly beautiful. And when my lip condition is not great or it feels like it's sitting on top, I can just quickly blend it with my fingers to create an overlip, which is really easy and pretty.

ConsAs expected, the formula wipes off easily due to its characteristics..😢 However, the color has high usability, which is worth considering.
TipApplying a bold lip color underneath can really make the color pop.

The brand seems to have an exceptional eye for color selection, as each shade is carefully curated. After much deliberation, I'm glad I purchased this color as it matches my expectations perfectly. The texture is akin to applying soft, fluffy cotton candy - it glides on smoothly with a slightly velvety finish. The scent is also delightfully sweet, reminiscent of peanut butter and chocolate. While the swatch on my arm appears more orange-toned, once applied to my lips, the pink hue becomes the dominant shade, creating a youthful, delicate look. This versatile product can be worn alone or layered under other lip colors for a customized look. Personally, I prefer wearing it solo as it brightens my complexion beautifully.
ConsUnfortunately, the color payoff is not as dramatic as shown on the model. It ends up being quite similar to my natural lip tone, which is a bit disappointing. I'd recommend the Kitchi Rose shade instead for those with more pigmented lips. Additionally, the low-intensity color emphasizes any lip texture or dryness, despite my diligent lip care routine. It seems to accentuate the fine lines and wrinkles on my lips. The wear time is also quite short, requiring frequent reapplication. Given the small product volume and high price point, this feels rather inefficient.
TipI've also used this product as a cream blush, and it blends seamlessly without any patchiness.

To be more precise, it's an olive tone.🦄 💛Texture The texture is velvety soft. 💛Scent It has a gelato ice cream-like scent, which I liked. 💛Color It's a great color for using as a base, and it also looks stylish when worn alone. Plus, it has a neutral tone, so anyone can easily apply it.
Cons💙Lasting Power The color fades away quickly, so I had to reapply it several times. 💙Price I bought it during a sale, but it's not a tint that goes on sale often, so the price is a bit high for a student to afford.
Tip💗If you use it as a base lip and then add a slightly brighter pink on top, it becomes a really beautiful muted tone.

It was a perfect match for the summer mute-in-the-lower. 2. The color payoff is good and it applies smoothly. 3. The fact that it can be easily removed when desired is a plus.
Cons1. The only downside is that it doesn't remove as easily as one would like, except when you want to remove it. 2. The fragrance may be divisive and cause strong likes or dislikes.
TipIf you dab a small amount on the back of your hand first and then apply, you can achieve a more natural and smooth application.
