You know how we tend to squint our eyes habitually? Well, I had some faint wrinkles under my eyes because of that habit. After using this a few times, those lines seem to have become less noticeable... I'm not entirely sure, but what I can say for certain is that the hydration is fantastic!
ConsThe obvious downside? It's got to be the price! I love it and want to use more, but the cost isn't so lovable! However, Estée Lauder, known for their iconic brown bottle, is a reputable cosmetics manufacturer with high-quality products. So, I'd say it's worth taking the plunge and making the purchase.

The serum-like texture applies lightly, feels hydrating, and refreshing, which I really like. Those who dislike heavy formulations will be satisfied with how this feels on the skin. The scent is pleasant, and it's gentle without causing any eye irritation or sensitivity. I'm pleased with how long the hydration lasts and how it smooths the skin texture around my eyes.
ConsConsidering the price, the full-size product volume seems too small. I wish it was at least 20ml.

I love that when you open the lid, just the right amount comes out. It's so convenient and effortless to massage the eye area! The texture has a bit of weight to it, but it's not too thick. It's just perfect for applying around the eyes - not sticky at all, absorbs well, and has excellent hydration. I'm really impressed with how it feels and how well it moisturizes! I started by dabbing it around my eyes, then used the applicator to massage my smile lines and between my brows. When I pressed on the acupressure points, it felt so refreshingly cool - it was amazing!
ConsIt's a bit frustrating that you can't see how much product is left in the bottle. I always wish the container was more transparent towards the bottom so you could gauge the remaining amount more easily.
TipI highly recommend keeping this in the fridge and using it cold!

ConsApplicator: Thick stem can touch cheeks when angled Would be better if angled or product only dispensed at tip Price: Expensive for the amount (15ml), as expected from this brand Too pricey to use on neck wrinkles Limited to eye area use Moisturizing power: Not 100% sure if it will maintain hydration and elasticity during seasonal changes and harsh winter weather. More of an uncertainty than a drawback
Tip- Gently press the applicator below the start of your eyebrows for a quick massage For those who frown often, apply to eyes then use any remaining product to smooth the muscles above eyebrows outwards - it's so refreshing If concerned about hygiene, simply wipe the applicator with a dry tissue after use

Eye creams typically target dark circles, hydration, and wrinkle improvement. While it's challenging to see dramatic results in less than two weeks, I used this product diligently and observed it closely. Here's what I found: There were many positives: ■ Hydration: 4/5 Despite its gel texture, it provided good moisture. Perhaps due to the humid summer, I felt no lack of hydration and was quite satisfied. It feels like a 60:40 ratio of water to oil, not just pure hydration as you might expect from a gel. For those with dry skin, layering a hydrating eye emulsion, cream, or balm over this in fall/winter could work well. ■ Absorption: 5/5 It absorbs well. Unlike some purely water-based products, it doesn't disappear without a trace. You can feel the moisture lingering without any greasy residue. ■ Firmness improvement: 5/5 I'm truly impressed - it's rare to find a product that improves firmness this much without causing blemishes. On the first night, I applied it thickly like a sleeping pack. After about 10 minutes, it had fully absorbed, leaving my skin feeling plump and firm. The most noticeable changes were in the first 1-3 days, but firmness continued to improve gradually after that. My skin is naturally thin, especially around the eyes, prone to fine lines and irritation from unsuitable products. This cream caused no irritation and the improvement in firmness is remarkable. My eye area feels taut and firm, and most notably, the shape of my eyes when I smile has changed. This unexpected benefit alone makes me extremely satisfied with the product and likely to repurchase it when I run out, regardless of its other qualities. I highly recommend this if you're concerned about eye area firmness. ■ Fine line improvement: 4/5 I had developed fine lines from frequently looking downward. I focused on applying the product to the inner corners of my eyes where these lines were most noticeable. Although I avoided the aegyo-sal area for fear of getting product in my eyes, I noticed a significant difference between that area and the treated area below it. Even after just ten days of use, it can help with newly formed or faint lines!
Cons■ Dark circle improvement: 2/5 While there was some improvement, it wasn't as noticeable as I'd hoped. This was the aspect I was most looking forward to, so it's a bit disappointing. It seems there isn't a significant effect on purple dark circles. Rather than the entire dark circle area becoming lighter, I noticed a reduction in the size of the dark circle area. I suspect that rather than the product ingredients directly improving dark circles, the combination of massaging with the applicator ball and improved skin barrier due to increased firmness makes the under-eye area more plump and opaque, reducing the visibility of blood vessels and thus the appearance of dark circles. ■ Deep wrinkle improvement: 3/5 I haven't seen a big difference yet... It seems 10 days isn't enough for deep wrinkles. I'll need to use it longer to see. I'll update my review if I notice any changes with continued use. Honestly, I didn't have high expectations for this aspect given the short time frame, so I'm not too disappointed.
TipApply the product by dotting it in three sections under the eye - inner corner, middle, and outer corner. Gently spread it upwards, then massage back and forth with the applicator ball, being careful not to irritate the eyes. The round ball applicator could also be great for eye acupressure massage!

The next morning, until I washed my face, my skin felt incredibly moisturized and soft! This was the most noticeable difference before and after using this product - the best part! (In the morning, instead of an oily shine, my skin felt supple and hydrated!) Texture & Absorption: Despite the texture not being runny as shown in the photo, I worried it might be too oily. However, I barely felt any greasiness. After massaging it in and patting with my hands, it absorbed quickly. Applicator: While I'm not sure if it really helps much with puffiness, one thing's certain - it felt much cooler and more pleasant than using my hands for massage!
ConsApplicator (Wand): Although it felt great during massage, I couldn't shake off concerns about hygiene. Even though I'm applying it to my own clean skin, putting it back into the container after use felt quite unsettling. Product Opening: The bottle opening and design are extremely inconvenient. It's hard to tell how much product is left, and you can't control the amount that comes out! Ugh! You have to use whatever random amount comes out. I wonder how I'll use it when there's an awkward amount left at the bottom... Price: The price is jaw-dropping... While its moisturizing power was the biggest advantage, it's hard to justify paying this much just for hydration...
TipIt's amazing to use the applicator for massage after cooling it down!

It has a soft, serum-like texture that absorbs quickly while providing good hydration. Using the applicator for massage enhances absorption. This would be perfect for those who often experience eye puffiness! Scent: There's a subtle hint of the ingredients' natural fragrance, but it's not overpowering during use, making it very comfortable to apply. Sensitivity: I'm thrilled that it doesn't cause any eye irritation. Effectiveness: After two weeks of use, I haven't seen dramatic results. However, with consistent daily use, I believe it could help with puffiness, fine lines, and hydration. There are subtle changes - immediately after application, the eye area looks brighter and more vibrant. I noticed a slight reduction in fine lines under the eyes, though it was very subtle. I'll need to use it longer to see more results. Still, because of these small improvements, I'm giving it five stars! It seems to prevent wrinkles from deepening. The more I use it with regular massage, the more I feel a pleasant tightening sensation around my eyes. As someone prone to eye puffiness, when I use it with a thorough evening massage, I notice less puffiness in the morning. Repurchase Intent: I intend to repurchase after finishing this product. While I'm concerned about wrinkles, I especially love that I can massage it in with the applicator as my eyes tend to get puffy. I think this will be great for managing my eye area concerns, particularly in preventing existing wrinkles from deepening.
ConsAfter massaging with the applicator, repeatedly putting it back into the product doesn't feel very hygienic. If the product came in a pump format with a separate applicator, it would have been much better.
TipThe applicator is great for massaging not just the eye area, but also between the brows, nasolabial folds, and other areas.

Luckily, I got the chance to try this one out. My skin type is sensitive and extremely oily, so I've had experiences with milia forming even in my dry eye area when using heavy formulas. That's why I avoid buttery textures and prefer lighter formulations, even if they're slightly less hydrating. I was quite satisfied with the AHC white version I was using before, even though it didn't completely address my eye area dryness. I've been using this Estée Lauder product for two weeks, only at night, and fortunately, it's not too thick, so I didn't experience any blemishes or milia. The advantages are: 1) It's moisturizing without being greasy 2) The applicator is unique yet practical (I used to skip eye cream because I found it bothersome to wash my hands before applying) 3) It's distinctive while still functioning well as an eye cream, making it an excellent gift for adults The pamphlet suggests applying it between the brows too, which my mom found very appealing!
Cons1/ The applicator might be divisive. While it's nice not to use your hands, it doesn't seem hygienic to apply it if there are residues around the eyes. I apply it after my toner has dried, but I'm a bit concerned that toner residue might get on the applicator and contaminate the product. 2/ The glass bottle is pretty, but it's difficult to see how much product is left, and it'll probably be hard to use up every last bit. 3/ The reason I only use it at night is that when I applied it once during the day, my eyes felt extremely tired and heavy. I wonder if it melted and got into my eyes...? Price-wise, I checked online and it seems to be around $40 at the lowest internet price or duty-free. For a department store brand eye cream, I think it's worth repurchasing at this price point. I'm planning to gift it to my mom for her next birthday!
TipI never paid attention to under-eye wrinkles before, only crow's feet. I didn't even know wrinkles could form there, so it was quite a shock when they appeared... I hope you all can take preventive measures for under-eye wrinkles, not just the ones at the corners! I've also ordered the Make On Eye Lift because I want to see more results. Fingers crossed it works!

It's also quite sensitive! Scent: The product is almost fragrance-free! Personally, I dislike skincare products with artificial scents, so I appreciated that this wasn't irritating. Ingredients: Given my atopic skin, I'm very careful about ingredients as unsuitable products can cause immediate blemishes and irritation. While I was slightly concerned about the PEG in the formula, I didn't experience any blemishes or irritation when using it! The best thing about this product was its hydration power. Although some reviews mention poor moisturizing effects, I personally loved it! It felt like it was moisturizing not just the surface, but deep into my skin. Another plus is that it's not sticky at all! Even when I applied a generous amount, it absorbed quickly (though this might be due to my extremely dry skin).
ConsThe biggest disappointment was the applicator. As many others have mentioned in their reviews, it's unsettling that the part that touches your skin and is used for massage goes back into the container. It feels quite unhygienic, even though it's for personal use. Also, the amount of product you get for the price is quite small. While I received this product for free through The Hwahae Testers, honestly, it would be too expensive for me to purchase at full price.
TipSince my skin is very dry, after cleansing, I first wipe my face with a toner pad, then immediately use this product, followed by my usual skincare routine. I found this method significantly improved the hydration of my skin!

However, after application, it feels quite rich on the skin! The product comes in a stick format! This allows for a cooling effect when massaging around the eye area, though the product itself doesn't have a specific cooling function. It definitely provides good hydration! The absorption rate is neither slow nor particularly fast. Overall, I'd say the user experience falls somewhere in the middle. Due to recent LASIK surgery, I couldn't cleanse properly, which threw off my oil and moisture balance and worsened my sebum condition. However, I must praise how quickly it calmed the small bumps that had appeared around my eyes!
ConsThe packaging is really disappointing. It seems they opted for a stick format to achieve a cooling effect, but I'd prefer if they had forgone the cooling effect in favor of a more user-friendly design!
