This product was really beyond my expectations! First, I felt it had an excellent effect on maintaining scalp health. The mildly acidic pH is similar to the natural acidity of the scalp, so it cleansed my scalp gently without irritation. After using it, my scalp felt refreshed and invigorated. Furthermore, I experienced less dryness. When I used regular shampoos, my scalp would feel taut and uncomfortable after washing, but this shampoo did not cause that unpleasant sensation. The well-blended moisturizing ingredients kept my scalp feeling hydrated. Additionally, there was a reduction in dandruff. Continual use visibly decreased my dandruff, and the itchiness on my scalp also diminished. This was a really major advantage. Lastly, as it is minimally irritating, I was able to use it confidently even with my sensitive skin. The fragrance is subtle and not overbearing, which was pleasant. Overall, I think the mildly acidic scalp shampoo is a product that greatly helps maintain scalp health. I plan to continue using it, and I'd like to recommend it to you as well!
ConsWhile the mild acid scalp shampoo I recently used was generally satisfactory, there were a few shortcomings. Firstly, the cleansing power was somewhat lacking. It was not quite able to perfectly remove the sebum and product residue built up on the scalp. This could be an issue for those who frequently use styling products, as the cleansing power may feel insufficient. Secondly, the lather did not form well. The lack of abundant foam made the usage experience a bit inconvenient, and it seemed necessary to use more shampoo. Thirdly, the fragrance was sometimes perceived as a bit plain. Personally, I prefer a refreshing scent, but this product's fragrance, while subtle, felt somewhat monotonous. Those sensitive to fragrance may find this disappointing. Lastly, the price is relatively high, which could be a drawback for users who prioritize cost-effectiveness. Compared to other products with similar effects, the price may feel burdensome. Despite these shortcomings, I believe it is a product that helps maintain scalp health. With improvements, it could be even better!
TipRecently, I'd like to share a review of the mild acidic scalp shampoo I've been using, along with a few helpful tips! First of all, this shampoo has been very effective in maintaining scalp health. Thanks to its mild acidic pH, it's gentle on the scalp and leaves a refreshing feeling after use. Now, let me introduce the tips! 1. Double cleansing: First, do a light cleansing to remove scalp impurities, then use a sufficient amount and gently massage to clean more thoroughly. This will leave your scalp and hair feeling cleaner. 2. Rinse with lukewarm water: After shampooing, it's best to rinse with lukewarm water. Compared to hot water, lukewarm water helps retain scalp moisture and provides a more comfortable experience. 3. Wrap the scalp in a towel: Gently wrapping the scalp in a towel after shampooing helps prevent moisture from evaporating, keeping the scalp more hydrated. This method is especially effective in the winter. 4. Use it regularly: Consistent use of the mild acidic scalp shampoo is important. Using it 2-3 times a week can greatly help maintain scalp health. 5. Use it in combination: Pairing it with other scalp care products, such as a scalp scrub or essence, can be even more effective for scalp management. By applying these tips while using the mild acidic scalp shampoo, I was able to maximize the benefits. I encourage you to give it a try as well!

However, I found that most shampoos still contain sulfates. This product has great ingredients, and the price and volume are also good!! After using it, my hair doesn't feel as dry. I'll have to use it more to see the full benefits, but I'm already satisfied with the great ingredients.
ConsThere is no refreshing or clean feeling, which can leave one with an uneasy or unsatisfied sensation.

ConsSince I have a lot of hair, this shampoo's strong cleansing power made my hair feel stiff and difficult to wash. For people with thick hair, the stiffness can cause tangles, making it hard to remove impurities. So I don't plan to repurchase this.

The price is not too expensive considering the ingredients, and the 500ml size is just the right amount I prefer. The design is also clean. The subtle herbal scent is pleasing to me. The texture is moisturizing.
ConsIt may be a bit lacking in cleansing power for oily hair types. The cleansing sensation is not as deep.
TipPre-shampooing and double shampooing will create more lather and improve the cleansing effect.

I liked that the scent lasted for a long time, as I dislike products with fleeting fragrances. The lather also formed well.
ConsThe cleansing power is weak. While my hair feels clean after washing, my scalp does not. Even if I skip a day before using this shampoo, the itchiness doesn't go away after washing. With daily use, the greasy and itchy feeling returns quickly. Stronger cleansing shampoos would keep me itch-free for several hours, but this one only lasts around 20 hours. I bought two bottles, which was a waste of money.

Cons- As a natural shampoo, it seems to have slightly less cleansing power than regular store-bought shampoos. - I personally found the menthol-like scent, but some people said it smelled more like petroleum. (+Revision) - The lather is really poor. It's not just that natural shampoos don't lather much, but this product seems to be formulated to barely lather at all. - The cleansing power seems to be significantly reduced, not just a little. Even after washing my scalp and hair, they still feel a bit greasy. The scent is still shampoo-like, but it feels and looks greasy, not just soft. Many natural shampoos can be thick, but this one is not thick, just soft in a way that doesn't seem properly cleansed.

Scalp type: Dry and flaky 👍 Gentle ingredients The ingredients are so gentle that I can use it with peace of mind >_< 👍 Usage experience Even though it's a mildly acidic shampoo, the lather is quite good and the shampoo feels refreshing to use! 👍 Hair becomes more calm After using this shampoo, my hair doesn't get rough and instead feels a bit more calm(?) and settled down. Those with thin or sparse hair may not like this settling down feeling, but for someone like me with slightly wavy hair, this smoothing effect feels quite nice!
Cons👎 Insufficient cleansing power The ingredients are gentle and mild, which puts my mind at ease, but for my dry and flaky scalp type, the cleansing power felt a bit lacking. It's fine right after washing, but by the evening, my scalp starts to feel a bit greasy again... I feel like my scalp wasn't thoroughly cleansed.
TipIf you do a quick pre-shampoo and then wash properly, the cleansing power can be improved a bit.

It's not worth even one star for me.
Cons1. Weak cleansing power I checked other reviews, and the evaluations are quite mixed. Some say the cleansing power is too weak, while others say it's too drying. This product is quite enigmatic... Anyway, in my experience, the cleansing power was just too poor. I have an oily scalp, so after washing my hair, by the next morning there's a bit of greasiness, by the evening a lot of greasiness, and by the third day it's very greasy. So I normally wash my hair every morning. Using this product, even after washing my hair three times, including an extra pre-wash, I could still feel the oiliness on my scalp. I had to wash it a total of three times, but even then, after drying my hair, the scalp still felt greasy, as if I had just washed it two days prior. I was shocked that even after three washes, the greasiness remained. Does this product even have any cleansing power? 2. Dandruff explosion The shock didn't stop at the poor cleansing power - it was followed by a dandruff explosion. Normally, dandruff increases or decreases depending on the product I use. But right after using this, my scalp got greasy and dandruff exploded at the same time. The entire scalp was covered in flakes, and I even considered going to a dermatologist. This happened around the third day of use, and I immediately stopped using it. When I went back to my regular product, the problem was resolved right away. It was such a shocking experience that I don't think I'll ever use this again... Dandruff exploding without even being properly cleansed - this is the worst shampoo combination for me. 3. Pump The pump is small and thin, making the pumping action very unstable and unpleasant to use. The amount dispensed is appropriate, but the unstable and uncomfortable pumping makes the usage experience poor.

While my scalp has a tendency to be flaky, the cleansing power isn't extremely strong due to the mild nature. However, it's still a decent option. The fragrance is not bad, and I think I'll continue using it until I find a shampoo that's a better fit for me.
ConsAs mentioned earlier, the cleansing power is not particularly strong.
TipI do scalp care, so I use shampoo twice a day, applying it in the morning.

After using a hair loss treatment product for a while, I switched to a new fragrant shampoo that my husband bought, but it caused scalp irritation. In this irritated state, I started using Pyeon-gang-yul. Since it's a gentle formula, there was no irritation, and the irritation started to subside. It's not a calming or healing ingredient, so the condition hasn't fully settled yet, but it's clearly a shampoo with minimal irritation. The fragrance is not strong and has a faint plastic-like scent. After washing, it's almost fragrance-free. The formula is slightly thinner than regular shampoos, similar to hair loss-specific shampoos. When I first used it, there was a slight cooling sensation, like a mint shampoo. As my scalp is very hot, this was a pleasant sensation. After use, the redness seems to have subsided a bit. After 3 pumps, the lather becomes rich and dense, and it rinses off well.
ConsAs my oily scalp produces a lot of sebum, I have to wash my hair in the morning. They say it's better to wash at night and go to bed, so that the impurities from the day can be washed away, but with my oily scalp, if I wash at night, my hair becomes greasy by the afternoon the next day. Pyeon-gang-yul is not the best in terms of cleansing power. If I wash in the morning, my hair becomes oily around 6 PM. I'm not someone who touches my hair often, but due to the scalp irritation, I find myself constantly touching it. That's why the oil comes back quite early. Another inconvenient thing is the bottle design. The pump neck is shorter compared to other bottles. It doesn't seem to dispense enough product when pumping, and I sometimes accidentally press it too hard. It's shorter than the standard pump bottles. For those who want a pleasant fragrance, this may not be satisfactory.
