Staying power? Well, it's a velvet-finish tint, so that's to be expected. I don't really mind about longevity, but if you're concerned about staying power and adherence, you might want to apply a water tint underneath.

As someone with cool undertones, I bought this shade and it's truly gorgeous! I apply it more heavily in the center and blend it out for a gradient effect. If you blot it once with a tissue, it creates a beautiful blurred look.

As for the 'Dream It' color, I'd describe it as a warm to neutral red-pink. It would look great on light cool-toned skin with a deep undertone, or even on those with a bit of yellow in their complexion. Just dab it on lightly for the best effect!
