You need to press the pump against your head to apply it, which can be a bit uncomfortable - it's hard to tell if it's stimulating or just irritating. It's quite different from traditional hair tonics.

The foam format makes it easy to apply, and it feels refreshingly cool on the scalp, which is nice.

It's a bit of a shame I bought it late, as it's mainly for summer use. Not much use on cold days...

It cools the scalp nicely. When your scalp gets too hot, it can weaken hair roots and cause hair loss. This product is great for those times.

If you don't massage it in with your fingers immediately after spraying, it can be quite irritating to the scalp. It tends to be rather stimulating.

It's great for instantly cooling my scalp when it feels hot, sweaty, and uncomfortable due to excess heat.

- I switched from a spray-type scalp serum, but it's not for me. The spray area is narrow, and only that spot feels cool momentarily. Even when I massage it in with my hands, I don't feel an overall cooling effect. The spray volume is high, so it gets very wet in a small area, making the roots clump and feel heavy. It doesn't get sticky or greasy, but I won't be repurchasing.
