As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I bought this for exfoliation. After using it, I could feel my dead skin cells being effectively removed, leaving my skin noticeably smoother. It was challenging to completely eliminate all the dead skin cells in one go, so I had to repeat the process 2-3 times. This might have irritated my skin a bit, as I felt a slight tingling sensation. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 5, 2025
This is my second time using a peeling gel. The previous one was too harsh for my sensitive, acne-prone skin. So this time, I tried the Dokdo peeling gel, which is known for being gentle. It really was mild! After using it, I could definitely tell that my dead skin cells were effectively cared for. While it was good overall, my skin felt a bit tight and turned slightly red after use. Make sure to replenish your skin's hydration thoroughly after using this product! - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 5, 2024
As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I've been searching for a gentle peeling gel that suits my skin type. This one is perfect - it's mild yet effectively removes dead skin cells. I'm really satisfied with it. It might seem obvious, but if you rub too hard, it can be quite irritating. After using it, I noticed my face had a bit of a burning sensation. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 23, 2023
As someone with combination dehydrated skin leaning towards oily and prone to blemishes and sensitivity, I found this product to be gentle and effective. I had to stop using it because I noticed a slight breakout. I'm not entirely sure if it was caused by this product though. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 18, 2023
It's incredibly effective at removing dead skin cells. My skin feels silky smooth afterwards. While all peeling gels might seem similar, this one made my skin turn red unusually quickly, even when I was being gentle. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 17, 2023
I focused on my nose area due to excess sebum, and it significantly reduced both blackheads and whiteheads. I don't think I can use this frequently. It made my skin itchy, and it might have disrupted my skin barrier as I developed a few inflammatory blemishes. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinApr 2, 2023
I bought this Dokdo product because I heard the ingredients were gentle, but I'm not so sure... My skin seems to be turning red and developing blemishes. When I used other peeling gels in the past, I didn't have any issues. But this one doesn't seem to agree with my skin. After just one use, my face turned red and I started getting blemishes. I've only used it once and now I can't use it anymore... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 6, 2023
I've been using this product once a week and I'm quite satisfied with it. It's great at removing dead skin cells and leaves my skin feeling smooth. Lately, I've been getting a couple of blemishes here and there. I'm not sure if it's because of air pollution or the product itself. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinFeb 28, 2023
It seems to glide on smoothly with a nice moisturizing effect, especially compared to other peeling gels. Unfortunately, even this product seems to be too harsh for my skin. After using it, my blemishes actually get worse. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 15, 2022
It's gentle enough that I experienced no irritation at all after exfoliating dead skin cells While I appreciate its gentleness, I felt it didn't effectively remove dead skin cells. Even after use, I noticed small blemishes appearing, making me feel it wasn't suitable for my skin
