It's good for acne. It seems to be gentle and good for sensitive skin. My skin has become less sensitive.

I've been living with cystic acne for over 10 years, and this product was ineffective when I used it as a teenager. But I had no idea it would become my life-saving cleanser! It's a foaming cleanser, so it can be used without irritation. It seems to wash away impurities well. Of course, I didn't feel much tightness after cleansing. My cystic acne has visibly reduced, and my closed comedones have also diminished significantly. It's perfect for my combination skin type!
Cons
If I had to point out a downside, it would be that the amount is a bit small (two pumps for evening cleansing, one pump for morning). The lather isn't as rich as I expected. But I think the lack of abundant foam is due to the use of gentler surfactants, which is actually better for the skin.
