Since this is not meant for moisturizing, you may feel dry after applying it, but layering it with a moisturizer will help the hydration last longer.

As I have sensitive skin, I haven't been able to try functional products, especially whitening ones well.
I'll have to use it more to know, but on the first day, it was fine even when I used a sample toner.
