If you have fair skin, it might look pure and innocent worn alone. As for me, since I have darker skin, there wasn't much difference from my natural lip color when used alone, but it looked really beautiful when layered with a bolder shade.
ConsWhen I applied this by itself, my lips felt strange, almost like I'd used a numbing cream. At first, I thought it was a coincidence, but after testing it several times, I realized there must be an ingredient I'm allergic to. Unfortunately, I couldn't use it for long. It's a shame. If you have super sensitive skin, I strongly recommend doing a patch test first.

At first, I wondered if this product would suit me well when I received it as a gift, but it ended up matching me perfectly, and I even repurchased it! 🔥 It's as if it turns on a fluorescent light on my face 💡 and draws attention to my lips💓 I highly recommend this to warm-toned individuals.🔥
ConsThere's really nothing bad about it, but if I had to pick one, it's that as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer, I can't use it daily unless I specifically decide to do a warm-toned makeup look, so I'm considering buying a different shade.

ConsI don't think there were any downsides.. If I had to point something out, it would be the longevity..? Since it's a casual color, you do have to reapply it every now and then~
TipFor those who do heavier makeup, this would also work well as a base lip color~^^

It's a nude-toned MLBB (My Lips But Better) color, but if you look closely, it seems to have a hint of peach color mixed in. It's also a great color to wear without makeup. I really love the signature formula of the Yves Saint Laurent Matte Stain!
ConsThe signature wine-like scent of the Yves Saint Laurent tint is a bit burdensome, and the high price point is a bit disappointing.
TipIf you use this product together with shade 216 from the same line, it will look absolutely gorgeous! Apply this shade as the base and then dab on shade 216 to create a beautiful gradient - it will make you look like a rose in full bloom!

My features are on the stronger side, so when I wear a matte lipstick, it looks too intense, so the Innisfree 609 617 407 has been my holy grail (it has a dewy finish). But this new one has an out-of-this-world delicate and soft feel, so I've updated my holy grail. The chroma is quite low. It's a dried rose color, a bit less red than the Yves Saint Laurent The Slim 11. I loved The Slim 11 color so much, but the formula was too soft, so it would smear a lot and the staying power was terrible, so I didn't use it much. But the 204 shade has that color feel, but the staying power is better, and it pairs well with other lipsticks, and the gradient over-blending (?) works amazingly, so I'm very satisfied. I have a 300% repurchase intention. For someone like me who doesn't take well to even slightly deeper matte lipsticks, this 204 is truly my holy grail. I think this lipstick will be the end of my matte and base lipstick journey. Summer muted folks who find matte lipsticks burdensome, be sure to test this out!
ConsThere's a bit of flaky skin, but considering it's a matte lipstick, I don't think it's a serious flaw. Also, true to Yves Saint Laurent, the staying power isn't the best.
TipSince the chroma is low, it pairs well with most matte lipsticks, but it goes especially well with the MAC Devoted to Chili in terms of formula and color! Exfoliate and apply it!ㅎㅎ
