Since then, these products have become my must-have staples. I get anxious if I run out and always stock up during sales. Now I've even added the cream to my routine and use them together. These products truly work hard for my skin!

When you apply this ampoule, it leaves your skin hydrated, softens your skin texture, makes your skin feel silky smooth, and improves your overall skin condition! As your skin condition improves, your complexion looks better, and it even helps with makeup application. It's a great serum for seasonal changes, helping to soothe and restore skin that's been exposed to cold winds or has become red and irritated. I also found it helpful when I had small bumps or skin flare-ups. I love how gentle it feels on the skin and how it's packed with hydration. When I apply it in the evening, the moisture lasts until the next day! I think this serum is suitable for use all year round on my dry and sensitive skin. I highly recommend this serum!

On the second day of use, I developed a pustular acne breakout... I didn't realize it was because of this product and applied it generously, which made it worse. It only stopped when I discontinued use. I'm so upset... The blemishes show no signs of disappearing. I usually only get small bumps, but this product doesn't seem to agree with my skin. I regret buying the 55mL size... I should have bought a dress instead.

It's scary... especially when you're looking for something because your skin is super sensitive. On days I don't go out, I usually do my skincare routine in the evening after cleansing. About 9 hours after applying this, when I cleanse again, there's a greenish tint... Yikes. I always check how much dirt comes off, and even on the second cleanse, there's still a green tint. Can't they remove this colorant? I've found something I want to use forever because it's so soothing and amazing, but of all things, it has to be colorants... If it were some other potent ingredient, I wouldn't mind, but colorants?

This is the ultimate for soothing! After trying and discarding dozens of other cica soothing products, I finally found this gem! It's a must-have for sudden blemishes or allergic reactions. You need to keep it on hand at all times. It really does calm the skin! I had redness in two spots where something was about to break out, but when this arrived, I added it to my usual routine, and the redness disappeared. It's even moisturizing too. I love it so much! After using CE and then this, it's become my holy grail. I want to settle on this product permanently, but there's one huge drawback... It's so disappointing. If it weren't for that one thing, I wouldn't need to be a skincare nomad anymore.

When your skin is dry and sensitive, skip the toner and apply this first - it absorbs completely!

The ingredients are seriously bad. Putting aside everything else, why did they put so much pigment in it? A soothing care serum with pigment!! After learning about the ingredients, I feel uneasy and can't use it anymore.

My skin was flipping over in the spring season, so I changed various skincare products, and I used this one as well. I bought and used it because it was said to be good for skin soothing, and while using it, I thought it was getting better. But when I checked the ingredients on the Hwahae app, I realized that it was not the skincare product that made my skin better, but rather a dermatological medication.
