I used it with some skepticism for about 6 months. I thought it wouldn't be much different from a regular conditioner, but when I went to the hair salon, the stylist said my hair had improved a lot. (So it seems to have been effective) I used it almost every day. On the days I forgot, I applied the same line's hair lotion instead. The melon scent is really nice. (Personal preference) After using the hair pack and drying my hair, the tangled parts became smooth and easy to brush through with my fingers. My hair is quite wavy at the back of my head, but I definitely felt the waviness was reduced.
Cons
It's good to rinse it off thoroughly if it gets on your scalp. If any residue is left, it can cause itchiness on the scalp. It's probably best to apply it only to the ends of the hair, but because of the waviness at the back of my head, it ended up on my scalp as well...
