After cleansing, I've been using this on a cotton pad, gently wiping along my skin texture. Perhaps due to the tea tree ingredient, the areas where I've used this exfoliating toner with a cotton pad immediately feel refreshed. I'm not sure if it's a cooling effect or because of the ingredients! The tingling sensation is less intense than what I feel with the cleansing foam from this line, but it's not uncomfortable or off-putting. Since I started using Some By Mi's cleansing foam and this toner, I've definitely noticed a reduction in my blemishes.
