The cleansing power is great. It only takes one pump to lather long hair. The fragrance is pleasant as well.

The scent is subtly pleasant It's not a sweet fragrance, but there's something like a floral perfume or shampoo scent. After using this, it feels comfortable and nice! The lather is really good - even just one pump creates a rich lather for long hair! I thought the volume was small, but seeing how much it lathers, it seems like it will last quite a long time.

Pros
It's really great. The itchiness has gone away and the top of my head, which used to be embarrassing, seems to have improved, I think. There was a prejudice that hair loss shampoos would have a medicinal or herbal smell, but this one has a really nice fragrance. It looks pretty too, so it makes the bathroom look more luxurious.
Cons
None! I'm completely satisfied! Maybe a refill pack would be nice..?

I have a medium-length haircut, and I was pleased that just one pump provided sufficient lather. The lather forms well and can be rinsed off easily, even with my long hair that extends past my armpits. The lather also forms quickly. The fragrance is subtle, and my hair felt soft and fluffy after washing. I was experiencing sudden and severe hair loss that was causing me a lot of stress. It was so itchy and irritating that it would wake me up at night. Even my husband noticed that the volume on the top of my head had diminished significantly. The hair loss center said that the heat buildup on my scalp from stress was causing the moisture to evaporate, leaving only oil that was clogging my pores and leading to the hair loss. I came across this shampoo after seeing it on Instagram and trying out various anti-hair loss shampoos. I've been using it since June 5th and am still using it as of October 17th. The itchiness is gone, and my scalp is no longer oily. Most importantly, while many reviews said the anti-hair loss effects were not noticeable, I've experienced a significant reduction in hair shedding. I purposely checked the amount of hair that came out when washing in the bathtub, and it's now barely a fraction of what it used to be. I'm now seeing new baby hairs starting to grow, and I'm very satisfied with the results.
