If you just use it straight, your skin could get irritated. There's a bit of an inconvenience in having to work it into a lather a few times.

My skin was dry but had a lot of dead skin, so I started using this and I'm very satisfied! It's non-irritating and the cleansing is gentle, so I really like it. It has a gel-like feel, but you need to work it into a lather in your hands before applying, otherwise there are little particles that could potentially irritate your skin. If you lather it up a few times in your hands, the particles get smaller and there's no irritation at all - it cleanses well and removes dead skin effectively!

I wouldn't recommend it, but since the cica ingredients seem good, I'm undecided whether to keep it or throw it away.
I'll try using it again, making sure to thoroughly wet it and pump it before application.
