This is my holy grail sunscreen! It brightens my complexion just enough to use instead of foundation. It's moisturizing and absorbs well. Hmm, I can't think of any major drawbacks. I have sensitive combination dehydrated skin. I was looking for a brightening moisturizer with SPF to use instead of foundation, and that's how I came across this product. It's hydrating yet slightly matte, leaving a beautiful even skin tone. It seems to smooth out my skin texture to some extent as well. I think it absorbs even better if you apply it over a more hydrating base. I'll definitely repurchase! When my skin isn't in the best condition, with dead skin cells or dryness, it can feel a bit like it's sitting on top of the skin rather than absorbing. In terms of application, I'd rate it a 3 out of 5. It's neither too thick nor too runny, and it absorbs into the skin beautifully. At first, I thought, 'Is this a whitening sunscreen? Oh no...' But I'm giving it 5 stars for how it gradually settles into a very natural, lively version of my own complexion. Even after returning home and before cleansing, it stayed put without any pilling when mixed with my skin's natural oils. When I was feeling sensitive due to lack of sleep, I experienced a slight stinging sensation around my eyes upon application. That's why I'm deducting one star. In these times when masks have become our second face, this product is lightweight and barely pills. When used with a cushion foundation, it creates a subtle Inner Glow effect. Ta-da!

Despite its rich consistency, it doesn't feel heavy, and I can really sense the effective sun protection it provides. Unfortunately, it contains five potentially problematic ingredients. There are some pore-clogging components, but thankfully I haven't experienced any breakouts. Just applying this sunscreen makes my skin glow and shine! I've been using it consistently. I didn't know it contained potentially harmful ingredients... But since I haven't experienced any side effects, I plan to continue using it. I mix it with 8.14 and the green O HUI product. It's good because it also covers up redness.
