I think my base is 23 and I consider it a spring bright color, but warm-toned colors look too rustic on me and cool-toned lips feel patchy when I do light makeup. The Rom&nd Enbymi worked well for me, whether I did a full face or just added a touch of cushion. Since it's a matte lip product, you need to take good care of and use it properly. When there is a lot of flaky skin on the lips, apply a lip balm or clear gloss, and lightly apply the Rom&nd lipstick on the inner part of the lips. - ng********Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedMar 23, 2025
While it might not suit cool-toned skin perfectly, it would look absolutely gorgeous on other warm-toned individuals. As a blush, it's incredibly pretty and adorable. Apart from the color not being a perfect match for me, I honestly can't think of any downsides! I found that using it as a blush works better than as a lip color. Try applying it twice and then gently patting it with a finger puff. I highly recommend this method for a beautiful finish. - eh********Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 11, 2025
It's incredibly soft and smooth. The color payoff is excellent, and the packaging is quite attractive. You need to exfoliate dead skin cells before applying, otherwise it might accentuate them a bit. - tj********Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 10, 2025
It doesn't accentuate dead skin cells and the case has a modern, pretty design! The color would look beautiful on those with a deep undertone. Even though I have a cool summer complexion, it looks gorgeous when I use it as a base blush and layer a powder-type cool summer blush on top... If you're usually cool-toned but want to try warm makeup without it looking off, I highly recommend this! There's nothing particularly bad about it. I just really recommend it for those with a deep undertone! - dl*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDead Skin CellsJan 30, 2025
It's great as a base layer before applying bold colors. It's a bit drying. Also, while it comes off easily, it leaves a messy residue when removed. - tf********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRecommendedJan 18, 2025
💬 Honest and detailed review from my own purchase 💬 Quick summary: ✔️ Being a matte lip product, it does emphasize wrinkles a bit. The third swatch on the wrist shows the actual color. Overall, it's decent. Better as an accent lip color than a base. Longevity isn't great. Recommended for those with deep undertones. About me: ✔️ I have a lot of dead skin cells and wrinkles on my lips. Product details: ✔️ Longevity: Poor staying power. Comes off easily. Don't expect it to last long. ✔️ Staining: It does leave a stain. ✔️ Color: Almost identical to the website photos. Definitely a warm-toned lip color (recommended for deep undertones). ✔️ Feel: Emphasizes wrinkles a bit. True to its name, it's matte. The color is more saturated than expected, so it's better as an accent lip color rather than a base. Repurchase intention/Overall rating: ✔️ Overall, it's decent except for the longevity, but it's not my personal preference so I won't repurchase. The product itself is fine. ✔️ Overall rating: 4.0/5.0 Drawbacks: ✔️ Poor longevity, emphasizes wrinkles and dead skin cells a bit - la********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDec 7, 2024
The color complements deep undertone complexions. It worked well with my warm-toned skin. As it's a drugstore lipstick, you can't expect high quality. There are many better lipsticks out there. - kf********Combination SkinAcne SkinDark CirclesRecommendedNov 30, 2024
It looks beautiful when you gently pat and apply a thin layer on moisturized lips When applied to dry lips, it clumps and the color doesn't go on attractively - al*****Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesRednessRecommendedAug 27, 2024
The color is very natural, so it's great for a bare-faced look and I often used it as a base lip color. It might even work well as a blush! I really liked the matte finish when applied. The photo shows two coats, but in real life, it has a slightly pinker tone and appears brighter. It has a slight pink undertone, which on my darker skin can look a bit off when worn alone. So I either applied it very lightly or mixed it with other colors. The matte finish tends to settle into fine lines, but if you exfoliate well, it's not too noticeable. Try mixing it with other colors! Use it as a blush! - a8*******Oily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresAug 5, 2024
The color payoff and staying power were absolutely fantastic. Plus, the shade is really beautiful. I bought this because it was supposed to be good for deep undertones, but personally, it didn't match my complexion at all.
