It had a soft, moisturizing, and smooth feel. I applied it like a sleeping pack on all areas except the forehead. It felt great when I applied it up to my neck. I think this would be more suitable for those with dry skin or more mature skin as it has moisture and oil content. After it was absorbed to some degree, I applied a nourishing cream to the oily areas. It definitely resolved the dryness around my eyes. The inclusion of biotin was a factor in my purchase.
