The grease on my nose gets cleared out really well, but for some reason, I'm not sure if the grease on my cheeks and forehead is getting cleared or not... When I look in the mirror, I can clearly see blackheads on my T-zone, but the ones that are really deep-seated don't seem to come out easily! I think I'll have to use an extractor tool to squeeze those out directly.

I've been dealing with blackheads since middle school, and it's been a constant source of stress... Now that I've started working, I've tried all sorts of things to get rid of the blackheads, but I haven't really seen much effect. 
Then I bought the Lotion X and scrubbing kit, which are supposedly the ultimate blackhead killers!! I was really worried that the Lotion X would irritate my sensitive skin, but surprisingly, as long as you take good care of it afterwards, it's fine! There's nothing better than this for clearing out pores... It's a large size and a bit pricey, so I'd recommend buying the smaller, divided version.

I've tried sebum-controlling products, melting products, and oil-water balance products, but I think hydration is the most important. Whether I use cleansing oils, waters, creams, or Lotion X, I always make sure to focus on intense hydration at the end of my blackhead removal routine. Those who have experienced how blackheads appear to lighten after showering or using cleansing oils know that it's because the blackheads are swollen.

Even without using this product, if I consistently provide intense hydration, the sebum and blackheads will swell and come out of the pores, making them easier to remove with an extractor tool or cream/oil rolling. I only need to use the Lotion X once a week to tackle the stubborn, clogged blackheads, like on the way back home during the Chuseok holiday.

🔕 If you're worried about the potency of the original formula, you can soak a 5-layer cotton pad in water, wring it out well, and then apply the Lotion X and attach it to your skin, wrapping it with the same kind of plastic wrap used for food storage. This will reduce the sebum-softening effect compared to the original formula, but it might be a good starting point for those with sensitive skin or first-time users to find the right method for themselves.

 👽 When I first used the product, I left the cotton pad on for 20 minutes, then removed it and vigorously extracted with the extractor tool. However, the areas I hadn't touched yet had dried up, so I applied the product a little more and left it for 5 more minutes, and my skin ended up peeling as shown in the second photo.
I was prescribed an 110,000 won ointment from the dermatologist, and the third photo was taken a few days ago, 3 weeks later. There's no sign of improvement. My mom even says I look like someone who had a failed nose job..

Using a steam towel to soften the sebum and then using the scraper is not a major flaw, but after softening the sebum with Lotion X and using the scraper, you won't be able to resist the satisfying feeling of extracting the sebum..
