I found it suitable for use in all seasons, as it feels moisturizing yet refreshing. These days, I'm only applying this toner as my base before makeup.
There's nothing particularly bad, but I wouldn't recommend it as an exfoliating toner.
You can use it as a skin pack or dispense an appropriate amount onto your hands and let it absorb well.
