I really wanted to try the famous Tony Moly Mochi Toner, but after seeing the better ingredients in the Hwahae Soothing Toner, I decided to purchase this one instead. The packaging design and the color and texture of the toner seem to match very well. It feels like it will absorb well into the skin. After removing my makeup and applying it with high expectations, the moisturizing effect is certainly remarkable. Even though the viscous texture made me think it wouldn't absorb quickly, the plump feeling was soon followed by a soft, comfortable sensation as it got absorbed. Since I haven't tried the original Mochi Toner, I can't make a comparison, but this Hwahae Soothing Toner seems to be helpful for soothing the skin.

It seems like it will be able to charge moisture! I bought it for the first time and tried it out. I'm satisfied! The initial texture when I put it on my hand felt sticky, but when I applied it, the stickiness didn't remain on my face and it absorbed well.
