Before diving into the review, I absolutely recommend this product! As someone who's always been on the hunt for the perfect skincare routine, I've been using this exclusively since I discovered it!

Fragrance:
Some people say the Banobagi Ceramide line has a strange scent, but I've gotten used to it and find it fine. To be honest, I never thought it was odd from the start! I'm usually quite sensitive to fragrances, but this one doesn't bother me. It's kind of like a herbal scent? It's hard to describe... Anyway, the smell is okay! (Not amazing, but definitely not bad)

Texture:
For a toner, it's a bit on the thicker side. I'd say it's somewhere between the consistency of mucus (sorry about that...) and water. I usually apply it twice each time I use it, and it leaves my skin feeling incredibly smooth. Because it's a bit thicker, it lasts a really long time too. I use the ceramide toner and cream together, and I've noticed the cream runs out faster. I've gone through more than ten tubes of cream for every two bottles of toner! Anyway, the texture is great and you get a lot of product.

Acne:
Now for the most important part - acne! My skin tends to get small bumps and the occasional pimple. I use the entire Banobagi line, from the BHA foam cleanser to the ceramide toner and cream. Maybe that's why my skin has been so smooth lately and I've seen a reduction in those little bumps. To be completely honest, it's not a miracle acne cure, but I definitely feel like my skin texture has improved and become smoother. If you're struggling with acne, give this a try!

The opaque container makes it difficult to check how much product is left.
It would be great if the lid or opening could be improved for more convenience. As my skin is so dry that it starts to feel tight while I'm twisting the cap open and closed, reducing this time would be helpful. Also, the design allows the product to flow out messily if your hands don't touch the opening, which seems a bit unhygienic.

Hydration & Bounce
- The runny texture provides a basic bouncy feel. Even after absorption, the skin feels plump. However, as I have extremely dry skin, I need to apply it two or three times to feel satisfied.

Personally, I love red ginseng candy, so I'm pleased with the fragrance, but it might be a love-it-or-hate-it situation for others.

First off, I've been diligently applying Innisfree products, but they weren't bringing back that skin firmness, you know? So I decided to try this one, thinking I might as well fall for the advertising hype.
I have super sensitive skin that breaks out easily, so I can't even wear makeup the next day.
But this seems to work well for my sensitive skin. The glow that had disappeared is starting to come back to my face! It's not a full-on sparkle, but... to have this level of radiance and hydration return after just 1-2 days of use is amazing. I'm excited to see how much better it'll get with consistent use. The price is reasonable too. Before, using toner and emulsion didn't do anything, but this one product solves the problem. It seems to be really effective in calming blemishes too. I had stress-induced chin acne that was red but not inflamed, and after 2 days it's significantly reduced!! The texture feels sticky at first, but it absorbs quickly into the skin when you apply it. It doesn't seem to exfoliate... but if you use a separate exfoliating product along with this, the effects will likely be doubled!
