Zeroid is a product you can only purchase from dermatology clinics or online, not from regular beauty stores. This speaks volumes about its quality and gentleness, so I won't go into detail about the ingredients. <Texture> It's a thin gel-type cleanser that doesn't foam up. While many gel cleansers turn into foam when mixed with water, this one stays true to its gel form. This makes it ideal for those with super sensitive skin looking for a gentle cleanser. It's also fragrance-free, so there's no irritation from scents. <Application> A coin-sized amount is perfect for covering the entire face. When I used it, it applied smoothly during cleansing. As advertised, it's free from 10 common irritants, so I didn't experience any skin irritation! On days when I wore no makeup or just sunscreen, regular cleansers would leave my skin feeling dry. But with the Zeroid cleanser, my skin felt less tight after washing! It's great for combating that deep dryness during seasonal changes - just use good skincare basics and cleanse with this.
If you're not used to gel-type cleansers, the texture might feel strange at first. You might even doubt its cleansing effectiveness because it doesn't foam up. However, this isn't really a problem - it's designed to cleanse gently for super sensitive skin. Once you get used to it, it's fine. However, if you're planning to use it to remove heavy makeup, I'd recommend using Zeroid as your first or second cleanse, followed by another cleanser. Being a gentle product, it might not completely remove stubborn makeup like mascara, so keep that in mind!
On days when you wear makeup, use a makeup remover first, then follow up with this cleanser. This way, you can cleanse your skin gently without causing any irritation.
