I highly recommend this for its excellent hydration. It has a slightly cooling sensation, which I personally find refreshing. The color payoff is minimal, just enough to subtly enhance your natural lip color. There's nothing particularly bad about it, but if it gets in your mouth while eating, it doesn't taste pleasant.

I love it so much. And the cute cat design makes it even better. It's this surprising little thing that smells like sausage when you open it and go 'What's this?' But don't let that fool you - the moisturizing effect is top-notch. I got it as a birthday gift and loved it so much that it's now a permanent part of my routine. It applies smoothly with a plump finish, leaving lips feeling moisturized. Fortunately, it's not overly shiny (see photo). There's a slight stickiness at first, but it disappears after 5-10 minutes. I'm not sure about the plumping effect. I bought the UV version because I suddenly noticed a few spots on my upper lip, and I trust its sun protection. I dislike rose fragrances, so having the rose scent on my lips and in my mouth is a bit unpleasant. Like Anna Sui, it seems Japanese brands favor rose scents. It's not a fresh, sweet rose, but rather a more subdued one, which makes it even more noticeable.
