This is a review from The Hwahae Testers. Skin type: I have large pores and tend to get acne on my cheeks and chin. My T-zone and cheeks are quite oily, so I usually blot with oil-absorbing sheets around lunch and dinner time. I'm particularly careful about ingredients when buying cosmetics due to my sensitive skin. Positives: 1. Great absorption. Unlike other sunscreens that feel sticky and heavy after application, this Hygge product absorbs quickly and doesn't leave a sticky residue. It feels light on the skin! 2. No white cast I really disliked the white cast from mineral sunscreens, but this Hygge product doesn't leave any! However, it doesn't even out your skin tone, so those who wear makeup will need to apply foundation or BB cream after the sunscreen. 3. Long-lasting hydration. The Hygge product has a moisturizing finish similar to a hydrating cream. The hydration lasts for a long time! There's a slight richness, but it doesn't make your skin look oily. I usually apply powder right after sunscreen. With products like Cell0tion Laser Sunscreen or Dr. G0 Mild Up Sun, oil starts to show after about 3 hours, but with Hygge, my skin doesn't look very oily even after 4 hours. It's a product I can recommend even for oily skin types. 4. Didn't cause blemishes I'm very cautious when choosing skincare products due to my sensitive skin, but this didn't cause any issues. It's suitable even for those with super sensitive skin. * No noticeable skin improvement. However, a friend I hadn't seen in two weeks mentioned that my skin looked brighter. It might have a slight brightening effect. Stickiness (personal opinion) A0C Natural Perfection Fresh Sun Stick (attracts dust like crazy) > The F0ce Shop Natural Sun Eco Power Long-lasting Sun Cream >= Inn0sfree Perfect UV Protection Cream Triple Care >= Mad0 Everyday Aqua Sun Cream >= Inn0sfree Aqua UV Protection Cream Water Drop > B0ad Phyto Aqua Water Sun Base > Cell0usion C Laser Sunscreen >= Et0de UV Double Cut Fresh Sun Gel >= Dr. G0 Mild Up Sun > ⭐Hygge Relief Sun Moisturizer⭐ = Bio0e UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence (used 4 years ago) > Inn0sfree Super Food Blueberry Rebalancing Watery Sun Cream Tone-up effect Cha0 Park Tone-up Protection Sun = Too C0ol for School Jean George Llong Sun Block (feels heavy after application) >> ⭐Hygge Relief Sun Moisturizer⭐ (slightly evens skin tone compared to bare skin) > Inn0sfree Super Food Blueberry Rebalancing Watery Sun Cream (no effect)
There weren't any major downsides. If I had to pick something, maybe the scent? It's like clay... very ambiguous. It's not terrible, but definitely not pleasant either.
People who prefer sunscreens without white cast and a lightweight feel, as well as those with dry skin, will likely enjoy this product. For those who like non-sticky, no white cast sunscreens: 1. Inn0sfree Super Food Blueberry Rebalancing Watery Sun Cream 2. ⭐Hygge Relief Sun Moisturizer⭐ For those who prefer tone-up effect: Cha0 Park Tone-up Protection Sun, Too C0ol for School Jean George Llong Sun Block While it's moisturizing, you should still apply sunscreen after completing your skincare routine.
