As someone with extremely dry skin (lacking both oil and moisture), I find that in winter I need to layer it 6-7 times to feel comfortable. Otherwise, my skin feels tight. It's a bit inconvenient when I'm in a hurry. I'd recommend this more for those with oily skin.
