- The color payoff is excellent - The powder cushion feels soft as down - Long-lasting wear - The case design feels a bit outdated - There's a bit too much excess powder This would likely suit autumn warm skin tones beautifully - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 3, 2022
I came to write a review before throwing it away, as I've been keeping it for sentimental reasons, and I'm surprised to see it's still being sold! This blush has a subtle fluorescent peach color that looks nice when swatched on the back of my hand, but when applied to the cheeks, it creates a lovely natural flush. The peachy hue with warm reddish undertones complements warm-toned skin beautifully. The plump puff that comes with it applies the product smoothly without leaving harsh lines, which is very convenient. Above all, the best part is its value for money! Even at full price, it's under $10, and with frequent discounts, I remember being able to buy it without hesitation even as a student. There was some excess when applying with a brush, and it didn't have great staying power on the skin. Also, while I used to love this color, as I've gotten older, I find myself reaching for it less often due to its fluorescent and flushed appearance. If I had written this review in the past, I would have given it 4 stars, but with my current preferences, it's more of a 3-star product. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinAug 22, 2020
The Peach Schüttelbrot has a color reminiscent of a pie filled with baked peaches. It's a subtle, warm pink shade. There's excess powder fallout. While the cookie-shaped blush packaging is signature, if you have a lot of cosmetics, this bulky design isn't particularly attractive and can be inconvenient for storage. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAug 19, 2020
It's a beautiful pink color with a hint of white. On my skin, it has a slight luminous effect that makes my complexion look brighter. The lid seems a bit fragile and prone to breaking. There's also a tiny bit of excess powder that can fly around. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinDec 23, 2019
The color is such a pretty pink! It's light enough that even beginners can use it without worrying about overdoing it. The powder particles are incredibly fine, and at just 6000 won, it's a great value. You can find it even cheaper online! There's a bit of excess powder fallout, so I recommend using the included puff rather than a brush. The puff is really nice and super cute! - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinMay 6, 2019
The color suits both warm and cool skin tones incredibly well overall. While it's great in many aspects, there's a bit of excess powder fallout and the staying power could be slightly better. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 1, 2019
- Staying power: Applied in the morning, it lasts until evening. I loved how it doesn't fade but naturally blends with my complexion. - Color payoff: It might seem light with one application, but the color is surprisingly intense. Don't slather it on thinking you'll cover it with foundation. Instead, apply multiple thin layers. I prefer a noticeable look, so I was pleased. - Ingredients: Only one caution ingredient? As expected from Too Cool For School! Even with my super sensitive skin, I could wear it daily without any blemishes. I even applied it on my nose and chin, and my skin stayed perfect. Sensitive skin folks who couldn't buy blush for fear of reactions, this is for you! - Color: I was torn between Peach Parfait and Peach Choux Wafers, but Peach Choux Wafers is amazing! Peach Parfait has a bright apricot-coral with a hint of pink, but it wasn't the color I was after. Peach Choux Wafers looks like a muted pink-coral with a purple tinge, but on the cheeks, it's a calm, pastel-like peach that doesn't look out of place! Deep undertone bright folks, you must buy this, seriously! - Durability: The lid connection is slightly flimsy... I'm using it carefully as I'm worried it might break if dropped. However, it's holding up well so far without any issues. - Puff: The included puff isn't that great. It's large, covering too much area, doesn't blend well, and the fibers clump together. I recommend buying a brush from Daiso! - Excess: Being a powder type, there was some excess. However, it's not too severe and actually less than most blushes. If you apply it heavily because the color is pretty, you'll end up with patchy, fiery cheeks... yes, that's from experience. After evenly coating your brush, tap off the excess before applying! Layering it multiple times creates a natural, peachy flush without harsh edges, giving you that real peach look. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 7, 2018
As a spring warm tone, I prefer lighter shades. I bought this for a subtle look, and the color is so pretty! It suits me well. I think students could apply it beautifully too. I personally apply it under my eyes (I'm a student too, using my parents' account). While the blush comes with a built-in puff, it doesn't pick up the product well, resulting in poor color payoff (though it might just be my technique). I accidentally dropped and washed the puff after only a few uses, and a lot of color came out - what a waste! There's also quite a bit of excess powder fallout. The puff tends to absorb the product, and the application area is quite wide, so I use a brush instead of the puff. I'm not sure which brand it is, but I'll attach a photo! I find the brush more convenient for applying under the eyes. That concludes this review from someone who's not great with cosmetics. Thanks for reading! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinMar 8, 2017
The color is so beautiful, and I use it daily very well. The pigmentation is also very satisfactory, so I'm very pleased with it. There is a bit of powder fallout, so it gets picked up by the brush and needs to be tapped off before use. This product is great for warm-toned individuals to use daily, and it would look cute if applied focused on the front of the cheeks. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinJan 21, 2017
The color payoff is definite. For the affordable price, it has a fairly decent color payoff and smooth texture. It blends seamlessly onto the cheeks, giving a natural flushed appearance. If you dislike the reddish tone of the Benefit Dandelion and the slight chalkiness, this might give a similar effect. The reddish tone of Dandelion may be unpleasant, so this is not recommended. When applied heavily, it can make the face appear flushed, so be cautious with the application. It has a tendency to kick up some powder. It can be purchased for around 4,000 won during sales.
