Initially, I was honestly disappointed to see gold shimmer... I didn't know it contained shimmer and was worried it might look too flashy. But when I applied it to my skin, it wasn't excessive at all. The shimmer was subtly there, yet not too noticeable! So for those considering this product, please note that it contains shimmer! (I was shocked and disappointed at first, but after using it, I love it!) The color is true to its Pink Brownie name - not too deep, with a soft pink tint when applied lightly, and a reddish-brown hue when layered. It's quite pretty! Now, let me share my ratings: Rating: Price: 5/5 (Great value when purchased during a sale!) Color: 4/5 (Despite the unexpected shimmer, the color itself is lovely) Repurchase Intent: 5/5 (The texture is so good, I'm 100% willing to try other shades!)
ConsTo be honest, I was quite surprised and disappointed at first because of the shimmer. However, when I actually applied it, the gold shimmer looked natural and pretty. But! If you dislike shimmer, I wouldn't recommend this even if you love the color. (The shimmer is more noticeable than expected and might make your skin look less than ideal if not careful)
TipPlease be aware that this product contains gold shimmer before purchasing! (Don't be shocked like I was at first! But the color is really beautiful...) Photo Description: When I took a photo after applying it to my skin, the color didn't show well, and close-up shots looked very different from the actual color. So I swatched it on white paper, and it appeared quite similar to the real shade! It truly lives up to its Pink Brownie name, which I really like.

While it doesn't suit my warm undertone personally, the color is truly beautiful for those with cool undertones! Packaging: The design of the container and blush is really pretty. As you can see in the photos, it's easy to hold in one hand and convenient to carry. However, the container is fragile and breaks easily...
ConsExcess powder: This is an issue with compacts in general, but this product has a serious problem with excess powder!! Be aware that even a light swipe with your finger releases as much powder as it applies. Gold shimmer: This blush contains larger gold shimmer particles than usual for a blush. For someone like me with less-than-perfect skin, it can actually make my skin look worse when applied, sometimes giving the impression of severe flushing rather than a blush. Recommended for those with good skin. Staying power (adherence): The first photo below shows application by hand, and the second shows after wiping with a tissue. It's a bit dry for those with dry skin and fades easily... There's also some clumping and it doesn't spread evenly, which is a drawback... + I occasionally get blemishes on my cheeks when I use this, so those with sensitive skin should take note.
TipDue to the relatively large shimmer particles unusual for a blush, it can make skin imperfections more noticeable... So given how pretty the color is, it's also great to use as an eyeshadow! I recommend using it as an eyeshadow rather than a blush for a subtle shimmer and soft pink glow! I personally use it more as a generously-sized eyeshadow rather than a blush.

Color: It's a toned-down pink, reminiscent of a slightly dried rose with a hint of light purple. Perfect for creating a deep, calm vibe in winter. On my cheeks, it was just okay - neither amazing nor terrible, right in the middle. It wasn't bad, but that's why I didn't reach for it often. I think it might work well for cool-toned folks? It could look really pretty on those with fair skin when they want to create a mood. As eyeshadow: It's absolutely gorgeous, truly stunning! I never thought it could be this beautiful. I always thought pink eyeshadow wouldn't suit me because of my darker skin, so I never even tried it. Who knew pink eyeshadow would be the most flattering? Anyway, it's really, really, really, really, really great as eyeshadow. Why? Because it has shimmer, the color is a beautiful toned-down indie pink, and since it's a blush used as eyeshadow, it blends better than regular eyeshadow. It's great for a subtle look, and when applied to the eyes, it gives a soft rosy tint that doesn't make them look puffy. It's just so pretty! Texture: Powder type! Pigmentation: It's quite good! I didn't realize it before, but now I see it's on par with The Saem. Included puff: Just okay ~ I'd use it if it was the only option, but if you have a brush, there's no real need. I just tossed it because it was inconvenient when opening and closing the compact. Excess powder: It's not too bad, doesn't kick up much. Staying power: I'd say it's pretty average.
ConsShimmer overload: It's packed with gold shimmer particles. Personally, I really dislike blushes with shimmer, so I took off one star for this. While this is a downside for me, it might be a plus for others! Anyway, the shimmer makes it perfect as eyeshadow. The expiration date wears off too easily: Oh no! I can't believe I've been carrying this around in my makeup pouch. What have I done? Even though I kept it safely on my vanity and barely used or touched it, the expiration date has almost completely faded. I rewrote it with a permanent marker, but even that smudges and wipes off easily when rubbed. Sigh, it breaks my heart.
TipIf you buy this and find the tone doesn't match or it doesn't suit you, use it as eyeshadow. That's the solution. It's really so pretty. I probably won't use it as a blush again. From now on, I only see this as a slightly oversized eyeshadow... All photos except the first one were taken in natural light! 1. Last photo of the puff before tossing it 2. I gathered all my blushes for a color comparison 3. The color in this photo is almost exactly the same as in real life! 4 & 5. Photos of it used as eyeshadow. I rushed to take these when the natural light was just right, so please excuse any imperfections. 6. The problematic expiration date
