It truly doesn't budge at all! It applies smoothly and doesn't smudge. This was my favorite feature. Thanks to this, I can skip touching up my eyeliner during makeup touch-ups. It's the best eyeliner I've ever used. I've even been raving about it to my friends! I was pleasantly surprised to find it doesn't cause any irritation either. The thin, intense line it creates is fantastic! I used to like M*'s eyeliner too, but I think this one suits me even better. The price is a bit steep, unfortunately. The color payoff is intense! While it's not particularly different from other eyeliners, Kiss Me heroine make is famous for a reason. There aren't any real drawbacks, so I just stick with this one. To be honest, there's nothing specifically bad about it. It's not really different from the Daiso eyeliner, so you could probably use that instead. If you're looking for a reliable eyeliner with good pigmentation, this is a solid choice. It's delicate and pricey, but worth every penny. I love how fine the tip is. Just when you think it's empty, more comes out, haha! For me, the black one tends to splatter too easily, making it a bit intimidating to use...

With a 0.1mm tip, you can create intricate details, and its waterproof feature ensures excellent longevity! It also came with a surprisingly large pouch inside. There wasn't really anything to complain about, but if I had to nitpick, the pen tip did split a bit easily. I consistently use Kiss Me products. The brush is thin and it applies smoothly. Even though I apply it quickly, the brush seems to dry out fast. But that's not really a drawback since I can just draw the line quickly.
