I've been using 3CE Velvet Lip Tint for over 5 years now. The Velvet line applies so smoothly and the color payoff is absolutely gorgeous. The 'Like Gentle' shade is perfect as a base, but it's also beautiful on its own for a subtle look! Unlike some velvet formulas that can make your lips feel dry or emphasize dead skin cells, 3CE doesn't have that issue at all! These days, I'm even using it as a blush and it works wonderfully.
Cons
If there were any downsides, I probably wouldn't have been using the same product for over 5 years! Haha!
Tip
Since it has a velvet finish, which is close to matte, if you want to achieve the trendy moisturized lip look or the 'tanghulu' effect that's popular right now, you can apply Toridén lip balm first and then this product on top. Or vice versa - apply this product first and then the Toridén lip balm. This combo gives you that fashionable dewy lip look. Lately, I've been using this product as a blush as well.

The texture is very smooth and creamy. It's a similar color to the lips, so I'd recommend it to those who prefer nude lips. The light color means it doesn't leave obvious stains even after eating, which is convenient. It gives a natural, healthy glow. It has a slightly sweet fragrance, which I like.
Cons
In winter, after applying it, dryness may be felt shortly. It tends to have a bit of transfer.
