I'm actually using it more for body acne than on my face!

However, I don't think I'll be repurchasing it...

Regarding point 2 from the 'good' section, there's a downside... I end up having to do a second cleanse with just the foam cleanser. (Which means a triple cleanse if I'm wearing makeup... sigh)

I'm not sure if it's just my skin, but after the first use, when I rinse with water, it feels like dead skin is coming off. So after the second use, while there's no more of that dead skin feeling, my skin feels really dry.

I use it daily, but every time I use it, this dead skin-like stuff comes off... What should I do?

It's not like it's not exfoliating at all, but if it were just because of dead skin cells, I should experience the same thing with other acne care cleansing foams... but that's not the case...

I tend to get small blemishes from time to time, so I usually opt for cleansing products with acne care properties.

1. While it doesn't noticeably reduce or alleviate acne, it doesn't make it worse either. (I guess it's... okay?)

2. It does seem to have a definite effect on dead skin cells removal.
(I'll elaborate more on point 2 in the 'bad' section.)

3. It lathers up really well.

I think that's because its cleansing effectiveness is weak. Considering that, after washing and patting dry, my skin feels way too rough.

It absorbs excess oil so well, those with oily skin will likely be satisfied. After cleansing, your face feels tight quickly, so you need to apply moisturizer right away. It helps maintain your skin condition without causing additional blemishes.

Perhaps due to its strong cleansing power, my face feels somewhat dry after washing, causing dead skin cells to appear around my mouth and nose. While using this product, I tried my army buddy's cleanser of a similar price. It contained AHA and BHA, and I must say, it felt better on my oily skin - no tightness at all. I'm not sure which one is more effective for blemishes though.

As someone with oily, dehydrated skin, I bought this product during my military service when it was on a 2-for-1 deal. It's definitely better than the other foam cleansers supplied in the army. The cleansing effectiveness seems excellent. My skin is prone to yellow blemishes appearing at the slightest touch. Even when my face itches, I only scratch it with the back of my hand, but when I wash properly with this, the blemishes subside within two days max. It seems to calm down blemishes faster than other products.

I put it in a foam maker and use it as a lather.

The price is a bit steep for me, so I stock up whenever there's a buy-one-get-one-free deal.

I used to get really itchy after washing my face, but since I started using this, my skin doesn't itch at all! I'm extremely satisfied!
