Most anti-aging eye creams have a thick, creamy texture similar to whipped cream. However, this one has a slightly gel-like and dense yet smooth application, so even though it's an eye cream, you can apply it all over your face and it will absorb quickly without feeling heavy.

Any cream would probably do about the same.
I love LG cosmetics, and among them, I've always considered Sulwhasoo and The History of Whoo to be my all-time favorites, but after trying the entire Cheongidan line, including the balancer, emulsion, cream, and eye cream, this line seems to need some product quality improvement.

First, despite the high price, the cream does not control dryness as well as the Bichup Self-Generating Anti-Aging Cream. The light and smooth finishing touch is good, but I don't think it's worth the price.

Secondly, the entire Cheongidan line of cosmetics feels light after application. I'm not even dry-skinned, but after using the Sulwhasoo Secret Essence, the Cheongidan Emulsion felt significantly less moisturizing.

The initial scent has a subtle herbal fragrance, but after application, it has a masculine skin care aroma. The texture is slightly thick but not uncomfortable. It absorbs well, and when applied in the evening and slept in, there is still a moisturized feeling even after cleansing the next day.

It's best to apply just a small amount, gently patting it around the eye area.

Of course, the price is the main factor. I received this as a gift and have been using it, but if I had to purchase it myself at this price, I would have to deduct a star due to the cost.

The individual products are too expensive, so I use the Cheongi-dan Royal Set instead.

Of all the eye creams I've tried, the Cheongi-dan Hwahae Eye Cream is the only one that works for me. I've bought and used many eye creams since I was 25, but had to discard them after a few uses because they caused irritation around my eyes. Then I tried the Estee Lauder eye cream and used it for several years, but as I got into my 30s, I found that while it kept my skin hydrated, it lacked the nourishment I needed. That's when I discovered the Cheongi-dan Hwahae Eye Cream, and it has been the perfect match for me. I've been using it for 8 years now.

It's better to buy it as a set.
The eye cream comes in a small amount, so it gets used up quickly.
Also, it doesn't spread well, so you can scoop out just a small amount, about the size of a bean, and mix it with your toner or essence before applying.

The price is too expensive.
The texture is also too heavy and sticky,
making it difficult to apply and absorb.

The Cheongi-dan line seems to be really good for those with dry skin.
After using it for a few days, you can feel how moisturized it makes your skin.
It also has UV protection, which is great.
