It feels more like an eyeliner than an eyebrow liner. Works well if you want to use it as an eyeliner though.

The color payoff is insane! The shades are absolutely gorgeous. I seriously can't recommend this enough.

On days when I drew the eyeliner thickly up to the aegyo sal area, it did wear off more quickly. For those with smile lines and oily skin, I'd recommend drawing thinner lines for better longevity.

The brush tip makes it easy to draw precise lines and create thin flicks at the outer corners, which I love. Personally, I find brush types much more versatile and user-friendly than pencils in many ways. The formula sets quickly, so if you make a mistake, it's best to correct it swiftly with a cotton swab before it dries. You really need to act fast! As someone with hooded eyes and a lot of eyelid skin, I'm always worried about smudging, but this eyeliner sets perfectly with minimal smearing. It's great that I can apply it in the morning and it lasts until night without smudging, so I rarely need to touch up my eyeliner during the day.

While it seems to have good staying power and sets quickly, I can't understand why it smudges. I pride myself on being able to prevent eye makeup from smudging, but this one spreads even without doing anything as time passes... Yet oddly, it doesn't actually come off. It's truly perplexing.

The color payoff is intense and it applies smoothly. It doesn't flake or fade over time, maintaining a crisp look.

I was really satisfied with this eyeliner. It's affordable and performs well, making it a great value for money.

Unfortunately, it comes off too easily. The staying power is disappointing. What's worse is that it doesn't just fade away cleanly - it leaves a powdery residue around the eyes, which is not ideal. As a result, I have to carry it with me and touch up throughout the day.

My skin was often wiped off and there was a lot of oil around my eyes, so I had trouble with my makeup in the morning and it would smear under my eyes in the afternoon. But after using the Peripera liner, my concerns were resolved. I've repurchased it more than 10 times and I'm still using it. The film texture doesn't smear even when it wears off, so I really love it.

It seems to be a bit sensitive to oil. It sometimes smudges a little during the summer.

1️⃣ First of all, the cost-effectiveness is just amazing. Liquid eyeliners tend to dry up quickly, so I usually have to replace them frequently, which can be burdensome if they're expensive.
2️⃣ The color payoff is great! It sometimes gets a bit dried out and doesn't come out as smoothly, but just give it a shake and swipe it a couple of times on the back of your hand or a tissue, and it works just fine. (The photos show the color swatches in the order of first, second, and third application.)

If you use an eye primer and powder thoroughly, it won't smear and will stay on well until the afternoon.

The oil content... causes it to smear easily... Sigh... Those with oily skin should be careful.
