The only minor issue is that the brush sometimes catches on the cap when closing, which can cause slight splitting.

I understand it's supposed to be an ink-based formula, but it leaks excessively like a burst ink pen. When I try to apply it to my eyes, the ink flows down like a liquid, smudging easily. It's so runny that if you gently touch just the tip of the eyeliner brush to a tissue, the ink seeps out enough to tear the paper. That's how watery the formula is, making it highly prone to smudging.
