Highly satisfied, very satisfied! To be honest, I'm not sure exactly how effective the whitening is, since it can't be measured by a machine. But! I can say that there is no stinging or irritation when I use it. My skin is very sensitive, and even a small mismatch in ingredients can cause hives and stinging, but I've been using this product without any issues up to this point. So I believe it is gradually helping with whitening, and I definitely plan to repurchase this product.

It didn't sting as much as other products with vitamin C when applied, which I liked!! It was only labeled as a whitening functional cosmetic, so I didn't expect much moisturization, but it turned out to have a decent amount of moisture. The dropper part is slightly bent, so it was convenient to apply directly on the face. The slightly sour scent is just like lemonade, which I really enjoy haha
Cons
I'm not sure if my face has become significantly brighter or if the blemishes have faded... I think I'll need to use it for a bit longer to see the results..
Tip
I've been using a retinol cream at night, so in the morning I use the effector and make sure to apply sunscreen as well

Pros
I used to not use vitamin or whitening ampoules much because there were symptoms like stickiness, irritation, or itchiness. But I came across great reviews while browsing an event, so I decided to try it on sale, and I'm really satisfied with it. The texture is not too sticky and has just the right amount of moisturizing stickiness, and it's lightweight, which I liked. There's no itchy or irritated feeling, so I'm completely satisfied. And I'm not sure if it's just my imagination, but I feel like my face has brightened after using it. I haven't used it much yet, so I'll have to keep using it, but so far I'm completely satisfied with the lack of skin irritation and whitening effects. I have acne-prone skin, but it's not irritating and doesn't cause more breakouts or anything like that. If it keeps working well, I think I'll just keep using this ampoule instead of other vitamin ampoules.

There's not much I'm unsatisfied with... I'm still too satisfied to point out anything. I'll write down anything that comes up as I keep using it. +) In the summer, it seems like oil comes up a bit after some time after using it. Some time later, oil-like droplets form on my pores, so I was surprised and haven't used it much since then. I'll have to keep an eye on it. Since I have very oily skin, especially on my nose, it might be even more so for me. But the brightening effect I feel when I use it is really great, so I think it works well as a whitening ampoule!
Tip
It says to store it away from direct sunlight, so I'm keeping it stored safely in a drawer while using it.
