I remember people complimenting my complexion when I went out wearing Strobe Cream under my foundation. That memory made me try the Pinklite version, but... well, I'm not as satisfied as I used to be. It just feels like a regular emulsion now.
ConsMaybe I should have bought the original instead. I think I made a mistake. If I apply it in a rush, it pills with my sunscreen. And most importantly, there's hardly any difference between using it and not using it. I'm currently using the pre-renewal Lancôme Teint Idole... I guess I need to find a foundation that creates better synergy?
TipIt seems better to apply multiple thin layers rather than one thick layer.

It maintains a lovely radiance all day long! This shade is far prettier than the previous strobe cream. When used sparingly, it can double as a highlighter, and it does an excellent job as a base, helping to create a beautiful skin texture before foundation application!
ConsIf you apply too much, your makeup can pill. For combination skin, using a large amount all over the face can be a bit overwhelming. It seems more flattering to dab it only on areas you want to highlight or parts that catch the light nicely. (Though on days when your skin is in good condition, applying it all over can look great too - it really depends on the situation)
TipGently pat it onto areas that catch the light. Blend well to avoid pilling. Occasionally mix it with foundation for application. Avoid over-applying or rubbing it in excessively.
