I received the Clio Stay Perfect Pen Liner in Black from Hwahae's October Brand Pack. It's quite different from Clio's Kill Black eyeliner, which I've used before. This one applies smoothly and dries quickly (just remember to keep your eyes open until it dries, haha!). It's not stiff at all and feels moisturizing on the skin.

When the ink starts to weaken, I dip the brush tip in hot water for a moment, and it flows again.
