It really zaps away excess sebum. After washing, my skin feels squeaky clean. They claim it doesn't contain surfactants, but it lathers up amazingly well. (Unlike Lush's Coalface, which barely foams...) Though I might be mistaken about the ingredients!
It leaves my skin feeling too squeaky clean... I have oily skin, but I think those with dry or combination dehydrated skin shouldn't use this. It feels like washing your face with hand soap. While it's great at controlling sebum, I don't think it's particularly good for the skin overall.
