This is already my 3rd bottle. There is no irritation, it's gentle, and I really love it. The cleansing power is great too.
Cons
There's nothing! Really nothing! If I had to pick one, it would be that the lid sometimes doesn't close very well when using it.

It's almost odorless and has decent cleansing power. Most importantly, it doesn't feel too tight or slippery after use.

Compared to the tube type, the pump type would likely be more convenient since you don't have to use your hands.

Since it's mildly acidic, it can cleanse gently without irritation! The ingredients are also good, so I use it with confidence :)
Cons
I use cleansing oil or water after makeup or sunscreen, and then use this as a secondary cleansing step, but I think it's not enough to use this alone for cleansing! I'd recommend this more for dry skin types rather than oily skin!
