After washing, I apply this to the ends to prevent split ends. Why does it make my hair so stiff? When I apply it, my hair becomes rigid, and after drying, it gets all clumpy. Is it just me? First off, the scent is absolutely delightful. It lingers subtly even after some time has passed. When used after styling with a flat iron, the hold lasts quite a while. I have a perm, and I feel like this product helps my volume last even longer. It gets used up too quickly. I'm using it sparingly because there's not much left! The scent is amazing, and it's not sticky at all. I needed a good curl cream for my vintage perm, and I highly recommend this to everyone. Just a pea-sized amount on each side works wonders! I can't really think of any downsides! After using it for a few months, I can definitely say there's a noticeable difference in how calm my hair feels! True to its volume-up name, if your hair usually sticks out, on days you use this it looks more voluminous and feels a bit softer. The scent is lovely, and it's not sticky after application, so it's comfortable to use. The texture is like meringue, as shown in the second photo! It doesn't drip, which is great. I also love the container - the product comes out neatly from the lid. I'll definitely consider repurchasing when I run out! So far, I haven't found any downsides! If anything, the unique essence scent of this brand's products might be a matter of personal preference. I recommend applying it while drying your hair in the morning! And if you apply it to your hair ends, styling it a few times will make it look even prettier.

If you're looking for intense hydration, this has more of a lightweight, water cream texture. I'm not sure if it actually helps with curling lashes.

Even applying just a tiny bit, about the size of a bean, can make them appear heavy. It doesn't seem to provide much help with curling. Since it's also difficult to control the amount, I probably won't repurchase it. If you apply it and then use a hair dryer briefly, it helps even if you struggle with controlling the amount. This is my second purchase. The scent is a powdery floral that likely won't be polarizing, though it doesn't last long. The curl-holding power is pretty decent. The initial fragrance is wonderful, but I wish it would last longer... If applied incorrectly, it can clump and harden. (1) Holds perm really well! Especially perfect for finishing touches when getting ready to go out. It creates natural curls without making hair stiff like wax. (2) The texture feels moisturizing and lightweight when applied to hair. (3) Seems like it'll last longer than expected... Could be quite cost-effective if bought during a sale. While it was fine on my hair, it left an unpleasant, sticky residue on my hands - not great. Feels like a thin layer of glue? There's also a subtle chemical scent. It's usable, but not ideal. When I apply it and blow-dry my hair, my curls last longer and my hair looks more tamed and polished! Since I have oily hair, it seems to get greasy quickly, so it's tricky to get the right amount
