I loved how it applies like a water tint at first, but then settles into a matte finish that's really appealing! However, the speed at which it transforms to matte is lightning-fast, so you need incredible reflexes to apply it beautifully. Apply it thinly and quickly. If you put on too much at once, it sets immediately! It's best to layer it thinly multiple times for the best results.
