I really liked how gentle it was and how it absorbed without feeling heavy! The tube packaging allows for hygienic storage and use too! Plus, the price point isn't burdensome, which is great. I haven't found any downsides yet. The scent isn't overwhelming, which is nice, and it absorbs smoothly into the skin. As someone with extremely dry skin, I've been applying it generously to my feet before bed and wearing socks. It seems to have significantly reduced the dead skin cells on my feet, which is fantastic!
