Seems to be beneficial for acne-prone skin.
ConsThe lather is a bit disappointing. It would be better if it produced a richer foam.

Being slightly acidic, it doesn't leave a slippery feeling after rinsing. It's fragrance-free. Overall, it's neither exceptionally great nor bad - just a solid, reliable choice.
ConsIt doesn't produce a rich lather with a small amount. After using it a few times, the lid doesn't close properly.

As I've aged, my skin has become more sensitive to weather and overall well-being. When I'm tired or there's a temperature change, my skin gets rough and feels drier. I'm usually picky about skincare ingredients and avoid products for dry skin that might cause blemishes, even if I feel dry. Let me share what I liked about this product: 1. The ingredients seem great. I noticed less irritation, especially around my eyes (which are sensitive and often itchy). Usually, if foam stings even slightly while washing, I rub my eyes a lot. But with this product, that was minimal. Even when I deliberately got foam in my eyes to test it, it wasn't severely irritating. 2. Less dryness after cleansing. For this review, I tried waiting 5-10 minutes after patting dry. Surprisingly, in the chilly November weather, I could go about 10 minutes without feeling extremely dry - that's impressive! 3. No blemishes despite using it for over two weeks on my combination skin. Usually, products with ingredients for dry skin or moisture retention cause breakouts for me. This one kept my skin hydrated without any issues - as expected from Cell Fusion C. I've been using their sunscreen line for over two years, and now I'm impressed with their foam cleanser too. Very satisfying!
ConsAs mentioned earlier, it's a good product with great ingredients and minimal skin irritation. However, when I first used it, I noticed the texture isn't very rich. The foam isn't as fine or abundant as some might expect. I tried using more water, but it just washed away. If you're looking for a cleanser with a rich, creamy lather and that squeaky-clean feeling after washing, you might find this product a bit disappointing.
TipUse a cleansing brush if you want richer foam! Creating more lather seems to increase the cleansing power, even with the same product. It helps clean deep into the pores, refining skin texture and making your complexion look clearer.

Gentle ingredients The ingredients seem gentle, and there's no noticeable fragrance, suggesting it's fragrance-free. Overall, the ingredients don't appear to be harmful, and I didn't experience any blemishes after use. I think people with similar skin types to mine would have a similar experience. 2. No deep dryness Usually, my skin feels dry after washing, but this cleanser doesn't cause that feeling, which I really appreciate. This was probably my favorite aspect. While I'm not sure how it would work for those with dry skin, I think people with oily skin like me would have a similar experience. 3. Convenient packaging The tube-type container makes it easy to control the amount you use. Personally, I also like the clean, simple design of the packaging.
Cons1. Cleansing effectiveness could be better Because the ingredients are so gentle, the cleansing power is somewhat lacking. There's also a slightly slippery feeling after use. While this is a bit disappointing, it's understandable considering the gentle ingredients and low pH. 2. Limited lather This didn't bother me personally, but those who prefer a rich, abundant lather might find this aspect disappointing.
TipI recommend using this as a morning cleanser!

Pros: 1. Hydration With the dry weather, my face usually feels tight and dry after cleansing, but this cleansing foam didn't leave my skin feeling dry or taut. I found myself reaching for it often. 2. Cleansing effectiveness While low pH cleansing foams often lack in cleansing power, this one removes light eye makeup and lipstick completely! Of course, don't expect it to tackle waterproof makeup... 3. Skin-friendly ingredients Checking the Hwahae app, I saw a list of beneficial ingredients...!
ConsCons: 1. Fragrance It's not unscented... The first thing that surprised me when using this cleansing foam was definitely the scent. It has a strong crayon-like smell. 2. Lather Don't expect a rich, creamy lather. It does foam up, but the foam is weak...? The lather it produces lacks body.
TipIf you want a richer lather, try adding a bit of water and using a bubble maker. If you don't have one, use more product than usual when washing with your hands.

The ingredients seem to be of good quality. Although I have oily skin, I don't like cleansers that leave my skin feeling too squeaky clean. This one had a nice finish without that overly stripped feeling, which I appreciated. However, I think it might be even better suited for those with dry skin rather than oily skin.
ConsWhile I'm not particularly sensitive to fragrances, I immediately noticed a typical low pH cleanser smell upon using it. Also, it doesn't produce a rich lather. While less foam isn't necessarily bad as it often means fewer additives, the lack of foam can lead to more friction between your hands and skin during cleansing, potentially causing irritation.
TipUsing a foaming net might help you create more lather and reduce the potential for irritation when using this product.

My skin type is combination with occasional blemishes. - The rich cream texture keeps skin hydrated with minimal tightness - Even after rinsing, my eyes don't sting much when I open them - it's quite gentle! - Cleansing effectiveness is average I've settled on Cell Fusion C sunscreen and usually only apply sunscreen before going out, so I thought using a cleanser from the same brand might work better. That's why I tried this product. There wasn't anything particularly outstanding or disappointing about it! It seems like a solid, reliable product for everyday use.
Cons- It doesn't lather up very well (more of a soapy lather than rich foam)

Texture This was my first time trying a low pH cleansing foam. After washing with this cleanser, I immediately felt my face become softer and brighter, even if just temporarily. I have oily skin and am sensitive to sebum control, but I didn't experience any blemishes or need an adjustment period with this low pH cleanser. As you can see from the ingredients, it seems gentle enough for sensitive skin too! 2. Cleansing Effectiveness Being a low pH cleanser, it definitely doesn't leave you feeling squeaky clean after washing! It's not a squeaky-clean sensation, and there's still a slightly slippery feeling left behind, so it doesn't feel like you've washed everything off completely. However, they say that this slight slipperiness is actually better than the squeaky-clean feeling after cleansing. 3. Hydration Even after cleansing, my skin maintained its moisture without any tightness! I tend to have oily skin, but I didn't feel any excess oil or experience any dryness or tightness in my face.
Cons1. Lather Compared to other cleansing foams, it doesn't produce as rich a lather. In fact, there's hardly any foam at all, which is a bit disappointing... But I guess this is also a characteristic of low pH cleansers that we have to take into account. 2. Scent When lathering, there's a slight scent that might be hit or miss... For me, it was a bit of a miss. If you're sensitive to smells, I wouldn't recommend it.

Plus, the product dispenses smoothly without requiring much effort, making it easy to use! ✓ Ingredients: With 20 carefully selected ingredients and zero allergens, it's gentle enough for sensitive and acne-prone skin types to cleanse without irritation! Also, continued use doesn't seem to cause any blemishes, suggesting it's suitable for most people! ✓ Experience: As someone with sensitive and acne-prone skin who's been a 'cleanser nomad', I'm very satisfied with this product! Unlike non-low pH cleansers that make my face burn and turn red, this one feels great! It's even better because it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry after washing!
Cons✓ Cleansing power: Being a low pH cleanser, it might be more satisfying for those with dry, combination dehydrated, or sensitive skin rather than oily skin types! For heavy makeup, I recommend double cleansing! ✓ Scent: I initially thought it was unscented, but after continued use, I noticed a crayon-like smell. It might not be suitable for those sensitive to fragrances. ✓ Lather: Like other low pH cleansers, it produces a fine, shallow lather rather than a rich, foamy one. ✓ Price: Compared to other cleansers, it's a bit pricey for the amount you get.
TipSince it's a low pH cleanser, for those wanting a more thorough cleanse, I suggest using an appropriate amount on a pore brush. Gently roll it over each area for about 20 seconds, being careful not to apply too much pressure!
