  This lip balm provides deep, intensive hydration that doesn't just sit on the surface, but penetrates to nourish your lips from within. It applies thinly with a pleasant feel. Even when my angular cheilitis flares up and I'm cautious about using anything, even Vaseline, this lip balm works wonders when alternated with Bepanthenol. The affordable price means I can keep multiple tubes handy. While the scent might be divisive, I personally love the Herbacin fragrance and use it with satisfaction.

  While the menthol ingredient itself isn't irritating, applying it outdoors in cold winter can make your lips feel chilly.
