I periodically get large inflammations under my chin, and this seems more effective at calming down hard, unpoppable blemishes rather than red, pus-filled ones. The cica ampoule appears to have excellent soothing properties. Surprisingly, those metal needles aren't too irritating. Thinking I might get my money's worth, I press the needles vertically and firmly into my skin, hoping for better absorption of the ampoule... ouch, it bleeds a bit. The price is a bit steep, but it's about the cost of one inflammation injection at the dermatologist. From a consistent skincare perspective, these needle patches seem worthwhile. However, if you apply too much of the cica ampoule, it can cause pilling. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinJan 20, 2022
I used this on my chest for molluscum contagiosum, and it definitely improved a lot. I applied it to the raised areas, and when I removed the patch, white cores came out, and the bumps subsided. I was very satisfied with the results. However, like all patches, it tends to shift or come off easily after showering. Other than that, it was fine.
