* Apply a small amount at first and use it at intervals! It's recommended to gradually adapt your skin to it over a few weeks. * Sunscreen is absolutely essential during the day!!! (Retinol can be irritating when exposed to UV rays) Once your skin has adapted to retinol, you can apply it daily. I applied a serum with peptides or PDRN first, then applied the retinol. Afterwards, I finished with a moisturizing cream or a regenerative cream, and the next day my skin was really improved!!!
