  Pros

  It's amazing! This is one of my holy grails. I have dry skin, and it helps with deep dryness while absorbing well. Usually, with other toners, I have to layer them two or three times, but with this product, there's no need. The pointed nozzle makes it easy to use.

  Cons

  Those with oily skin might find it a bit rich! But for me, it's a holy grail..

  I bought Dr.G's emulsion and received this as a sample. I left it unused for a while, then decided to take it on a trip. Oh my, what is this? Why is it so hydrating? The next morning, my skin felt incredibly supple and soft. Just one use and it seemed to tackle my deep dryness effectively. My previous go-to toner has been relegated to the back burner... I loved it so much that after finishing the sample, I ordered the full-size version and I'm currently using it. Highly recommended for those with combination dehydrated skin! Unlike other watery toners that drip everywhere, this liquid-type formula doesn't run as much, which is fantastic. If you haven't tried it yet, go grab it now!

  1. Absorbs well and quickly 2. If you dislike watery toners but find rich ones (e.g. cream skin) too heavy, definitely give this a try 3. Effectively combats deep dryness... This benefit is linked to point 1 I don't understand why this product isn't more popular among Dr.G's lineup... It's been the best one I've tried from the brand so far. Next time, I'd like to try the set with the emulsion too.

  It's a bit annoying to have to twist open the cap every time you use it If you have combination dehydrated skin that leans more towards oily, I wouldn't really recommend this for midsummer use...

  For dry/sensitive skin I discovered this product while searching for something to solve deep winter dryness! I chose it after seeing it was tested to maintain hydration even in dry environments with humidity below 35% and temperature differences of 20 degrees. I truly felt it was a product specialized for deep moisturization. The formula flows like water and absorbs instantly, leaving my skin feeling deeply hydrated. I've been applying it multiple times at home, and I think my skin has improved.

  I found the container rigid and long, which made it uncomfortable for me to apply.

  Tip

  Since it has a water-like consistency, I think it's good to layer it multiple times.

  As a skincare enthusiast, I often watch YouTube videos featuring pouch reveals and 'What's in My Bag' content. I stumbled upon a video praising the Barrier D Cream as the ultimate solution for deep dryness. While contemplating whether to buy it, I discovered a sample kit of the Barrier D line on Hwahae. I decided to try the samples first, thinking I'd purchase the full-size product if satisfied. To my surprise, not only was the cream excellent, but the toner was equally impressive. This led me to buy the toner and cream set. I had zero expectations for the toner, as I'd previously experienced a breakout nightmare with a similar opaque white toner. However, despite my combination dehydrated skin, this toner left almost no residue or rich feeling. It absorbs quickly, which I found very satisfying.

  Cons

  There's nothing I dislike. I'm completely satisfied. If I had to nitpick, I'd say it might be a bit heavy for combination or oily skin types during summer.

  Tip

  The texture reminds me of Laneige's Cream Skin, but while Cream Skin leans more towards oil than hydration, the Barrier D Liquid Toner favors hydration over oil. If you experience deep dryness in fall or winter, I'd highly recommend this Dr.G product. The compatibility between the toner and cream is also incredibly satisfying.

  This toner has been incredibly helpful in combating deep dryness. The texture is slightly viscous, similar to an essence, but it absorbs remarkably quickly. It's fragrance-free, and for those with severe dehydration, applying 2-3 layers might be even more beneficial. It might be just my imagination, but the day after using this toner, I felt like my whiteheads had slightly diminished. I think the boost in hydration might be having some positive effects.

  Cons

  There aren't really any downsides to mention. However, during summer when sebum production increases, if you don't control the amount properly, you might notice some small bumps appearing. It seems necessary to adjust the quantity based on your skin type and the season.

  Keep layering until your skin feels deeply hydrated!

  As autumn begins, my skin tends to act up and become dry, so I was looking for a toner that could soothe and hydrate. After trying this one, I'm happy to say it's been gradually improving my skin! The liquid formula absorbs well into the skin, and its texture is gentle and refreshing when applied. It really helps combat deep dryness, so I think it'll be perfect to use from fall through winter.

  The price is a bit steep, but it's worth the investment. It might feel a bit heavy during the summer months though.

  I have combination dehydrated skin. First off, there's no irritation and it improved my deep dryness. It's not sticky, so I think it's great for summer use. Since it's fragrance-free, I'd recommend it for those with super sensitive skin too.

  If you have dry skin, using this alone might leave your skin feeling tight. You'll probably need to layer another product with stronger hydration on top.
