It leaves your skin feeling like perfectly moisturized, supple mochi. Though I received this as an event prize, I'm planning to stick with this toner for the winter. Thank you for introducing me to such a great product! It doesn't cause any redness or irritation. In fact, it calms down any small bumps and quickly reduces redness. I even use it as a skin pack on a cotton pad while blow-drying my hair, and there's absolutely no irritation.

Now that I've checked the price, I feel like the quantity is a bit small for the cost!
